Calling all elves!

toy drive

Because they believe no child should go without a gift on Christmas, a group of elves is busy collecting toys in the Mountain Kids Toy Drive.
For the fourth year, these elves are asking folks to drop off toys at a number of locations from Running Springs to Crestline. The deadline for dropping off toys is Dec. 16.
Then, on Sunday, Dec. 18, families who have completed the Mountain Kids Toy Drive questionnaire will pick up toys for their children at the Lake Arrowhead Community Presbyterian Church from 1 to 4 p.m.
The questionnaire – which can be accessed by scanning the QR code in the graphic, which also lists the drop-off locations (toys can also be dropped off at Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty in Blue Jay) – asks for the parent’s name and phone number, the first names and ages of the children, whether each child prefers a boy or girl gift and four things on each child’s wish list.
