RSP (Disorderly Conduct) Panorama Dr – CHP transfer – RP can hear female screaming “let me go” and a male yelling – subjects are out front – doesn’t know who it is – says there might be an Airbnb in the area – RP calling back advising that female was picked up by her mom – RP2 hearing a female in the middle of the street yelling – advising of several subjects outside – suspect 1 and her brother suspect 2 left their parents’ house on foot after an argument – suspect 1 was picked up by her mother and became combative in the car – suspect 1 exited the vehicle – was contacted walking on Inspiration Dr – during the investigation, suspect 2 was contacted walking on Inspiration Dr – suspects both had unsteady gaits, slurred speech, bloodshot watery eyes and the smell of alcoholic beverage emitting from their person – suspects were arrested and booked at CDC

 

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Straight Way/Leafy Ln – Observed no fenders on vehicle – stopped vehicle – subject found to have three active warrants totaling $85,000.00 – arrested and booked without incident – vehicle locked and secured per suspect’s request.

 

CRL (Driving W/SUS/RV License) State Hwy 138/Crestline Cutoff – Vehicle stopped for expired registration – driver found to have suspended license – driver cited and released in field – driver advised not to drive vehicle

 

CRL (Possession Control Substance) Lake Dr/Lake Gregory Dr – Suspect was loitering in front of the 7-Eleven – sheriff’s record check showed she had three active county warrants – search incident to arrest located methamphetamine and paraphernalia – under Miranda, suspect claimed ownership to both items – suspect cite released

SIL (Vehicle Burglary) N State Hwy 138/Cleghorn Rd – Victim was fishing at Silverwood Lake – unknown subject(s) opened vehicle’s locked rear truck bed – stole two backpacks, fishing gear, wallet and semi-automatic pistol – gun was stored in a locked container inside on of the backpacks – unknown subject(s) stole an estimated value of $650.00 – teletype entered

 

CRL (Domestic Battery) Felsen Dr – RP’s boyfriend is drunk – will not let RP inside – both live at location – RP’s 1-year-old child is inside with male – no weapons in residence – RP states male was verbally aggressive last night and had broken her phone last night – subject locked victim outside residence will not allow her back inside – couple has been dating for three years and share one child in common – during investigation, victim stated subject shoved and kicked her the previous night – report taken – victim will seek restraining order when courts open

CRL (Death Investigation) State Hwy 18/Crest Forest Dr – Assisting CHP with vehicle that went off cliff – vehicle is a Jeep – driver of SUV left roadway and rolled down embankment – ejected

 

CRL (Possession Control Substance) Scenic Dr/Lakeview Dr – Suspect was contacted while walking in the roadway – offered a return home – during a consent search of his person, deputy located a loaded syringe of suspected methamphetamine in suspect’s right pant cargo pocket – suspect was arrested and transported to CDC without incident

 

CED (Disturbance Boyfriend/Girlfriend) Canyon View Dr – Limited report

 

LAA (Attempt Grand Theft Auto) Holiday Ln – Physical altercation in area between Saddleback Inn and 7-Eleven – will be two males – negative weapons seen – victim is employee of Saddleback Inn – subject is drunk male staying at the Inn – victim took off in his truck – suspects left on foot – victim saying he was assaulted by a male and female – subjects drunk and wanted a ride to the bar – subjects were making threats to take victim’s vehicle – says subjects left in vehicle possibly with two juveniles in vehicle – arrest made

RSP (Miscellaneous Incident) Ferndale Dr – RP advising daughter is being harassed by ex-friends via phone contact – females are starting to call daughter’s phone throughout the night from blocked numbers – RP concerned it will escalate – also stated that other friends have gone through the same situation, but have not reported – victim has been sent messages through her TikTok account from an ex-friend’s account – the messages consist of spam and derogatory comments

 

LAA (Paraphernalia) Village Rd/Lakes Edge Rd – Anonymous female reporting possible male transient sleeping inside of post office – confirmed awake and breathing – transient has a strong odor – RP declined to provide further description – deputy out with one who is inside the post office with the doors locked – deputy can’t get in at this time – arrest made

 

CRL (Grand Theft) Rocky Dell Dr – Unknown subject(s) stole work tools from the back of RP’s truck – RP had the tools tied down with a locking cord – subject(s) cut the cord – RP has cameras, but didn’t pull up the incident – total amount of items stolen was estimated above $1,000.00 – no suspect leads – no video – due to the time between the incident and frost, no prints were lifted

 

BLU (Warrant Arrest) State Hwy 189/Blue Jay Ctf – Driver stopped for not stopping at a stop sign – issued citation for misdemeanor warrant

LAA (Death Investigation) Maple Dr – 61-year-old female – unable to wake – deceased

 

CRL (P/M/S Danger Weapon) Horst Dr – CHP transfer – male subject outside yelling and screaming – suspect has a restraining order against him – suspect was located at the protected person’s residence asleep next to the protected person’s vehicle – during search of suspect’s person, a concealed fixed blade knife was located inside suspect’s pants – arrest made – suspect was booked at CDC without further incident

 

CRL (DUI) Lake Dr – White male adult came into location asking RP “do you know who I am?” – is reaching into his waist and back – negative weapon seen – suspect went into a local bar he had been previously trespassed from to confront the bounder who he had a problem with – he was escorted out by multiple subjects without incident – suspect then drove to Hwy 138 and Crest Forest where he was located behind the wheel of his vehicle – suspect admitted to driving – admitted he had been drinking – suspect refused field sobriety tests – was arrested – a chemical breath test found his blood alcohol content to be 0.21% – while being booked, suspect made several suicidal statements – was admitted into ARMC behavioral health for a 5150 hold

 

LAA (Vandalism) Virginia Ct – Ongoing parking issues between RP and neighbor – RP recently had surgery – is unable to park in her steep driveway – RP parked across the street on public property, but neighbor felt it was her personal spot – left a note on RP’s vehicle – this morning at 10:00 a.m., RP saw another note and a scratch on her rear fender – deputy contacted neighbor who denied any vandalism – both agreed to give each other parking room – RP will install cameras

 

CRL (Keeping of Property) Basel Dr/Berne Dr – No report

 

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Lake Dr/Lake Gregory Dr – Limited report – arrest made

 

CRL (Under Influence Drugs) Darfo Dr – RP said someone is stalking her – he’s outside the door – RP became irate – refused to answer question – hung up on intake – attempting call back – no answer – arrest made

 

LAA (Driving W/O License) State Hwy 173/State Hwy 189 – Driver stopped for expired registration over six months – vehicle towed – driver cite released

LAA (Illegal Entry Dwelling) Arrowhead Villa Rd – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – RP and ex-girlfriend have two boys – have a custody family court date on 12/6/23 – RP was served with counter paperwork with two photos from inside his residence – RP believed taken by ex when she came up and visited RP’s mother – RP and mother live in separate parts of the residence with the two boys – subject stated one of the boys opened the door to RP’s side to get shoes – subject saw the messy house and took photos – did not enter RP’s side – report taken for documentation

 

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Post Office – Male outside screaming at himself and people who pass by – suspect was contacted – deputy knew subject had an active warrant – suspect arrested for his warrant – booked into CDC

 

RIM (Warrant Arrest) Scenic Way – Suspect cite released
