CRL (Driving W/O License) Lake Dr/Springwater Rd – Vehicle driving with no lights during dark – driver found to not have license – citation issued – vehicle released to registered owner

GVL (Death Investigation) Holcomb Creek Dr – On 12/11/23, RP went to concert in Los Angeles with friend/neighbor – on 12/12/23 at approximately 1:00 a.m., RP dropped friend off at home – subject’s daughter was unable to reach subject throughout the day via phone or email – subjects daughter asked RP to check on subject – on 12/12/23 at approximately 5:40 p.m., RP found subject deceased – subject has no medical or mental health issues and is not prescribed any medication – there was no signs of foul play on scene – deputy coroner investigator was assigned to death investigation

LAA (Vandalism) N Grass Valley Rd – Sometime between 12/2/23 and 12/11/23, RP’s rear second-story double-paned window was broken – a small hole was in the exterior pane and a small chip was on interior pane – hole did not pass through the interior pane but caused a small chip to be removed – broken glass debris was located between panes – no projectile was located between panes – RP requested incident be documented and estimated damage to be about $700.00 – no surveillance available – houses behind incident location are lower in elevation

TPK (Paraphernalia) Hwy Spur – conducted a pedestrian check on suspect – suspect was walking up Hwy 189 near Hwy Spur – suspect provided deputy with a fake name and date of birth twice – after lying about name twice, suspect provided deputy with his info and stated he had an active post-release community supervision warrant – during search of suspect a meth pipe and white crystalline substance were found on his person – suspect arrested 

CRL (Adult Protective Services) Pioneer Camp Rd – Limited report

CRL (Drunk in Public) San Moritz Dr – Suspect on RP’s deck – trying to get in – saying “help” – unknown high/drunk – negative weapons seen – male still trying to open door – RP and family inside – doors locked – four people inside house – no obvious injuries seen by RP – RP no longer has visual of suspect – unknown if he walked away –  suspect dog dropped off at residence in fenced yard – deputy contacted suspect who was later identified – deputy spoke with suspect at incident location – suspect’s eyes were bloodshot red – suspect was slurring his words and smelled like alcohol – suspect believed he was at his residence – suspect was arrested and booked into CDC

CPP (Miscellaneous Incident) Sawpit Canyon Rd – RP is doing work for Edison and a male became upset – subject grabbed a gun and threatened to shoot the workers – be on the lookout (BOLO) issued – RP has a poor reception – CHP transfer – call dropped – will attempt call back – RP says subject is still on scene – attempting call back – per the RP subject was upset about road closures – line is now disconnected – subject is white male adult, 55 years old, last seen wearing plaid button-up – RP saying witness said the subject grabbed a 10mm and threatened an employee – subject drove away – subject is angry because he couldn’t get through the road – checking area for vehicle – no vehicle seen in the area from Hwy 18, Crestline Cutoff, Hwy 138 to Waters and Crest Forest Dr down Devils Canyon and up Sawpit Canyon – report taken

CRL (Death Investigation) Weisshorn Dr – CHP transfer to communication center – social worker went inside and found her male patient deceased – neighbor will take dog until family can pick up

VOE (Death Investigation) Meadow Ln– RP requested wellness check on neighbor who lives alone – says deputy was out yesterday and unable to make entry into residence – RP has not seen any activity/movement in the residence – only known family member is located somewhere in Riverside – RP is concerned due to neighbor having a couple strokes in the past – vehicle is in driveway but motor blew so neighbor had no form of transportation – open door in back – making entry for wellness check – confirmed deceased 

ARB (Female Spouse Abuse) Robin Ln – CHP transfer – RP reporting that female is banging on downstairs neighbor’s door screaming for help – subject stating her boyfriend is trying to kill her – RP’s boyfriend looked outside but can’t see subjects – states she is under the deck – RP could hear the female running down the street – RP doesn’t hear male outside, just the female – RP states female is running around naked, states boyfriend was trying to kill her – female insides RP’s residence – female is still screaming – RP states female is now a distance away – female running down Robin Ln – RP is not able to tell which direction she went – RP states female possibly drunk – female states male choked her – said male had a knife – RP advising female had a puncture wound in her leg – RP with female trying to get female’s clothes on – female said male had an ax also – RP saw a gray vehicle pass by slowly – unknown if male was in vehicle – RP can see the gray Chevy Spark with one headlight driving around slowly – thinks it could be male looking for female – RP disconnected – will call back if male shows up – medical advised – arrest made 

RIM (Vandalism) Playground Dr – Last night on Friday, 12/15/23, approximately 8:25 p.m., RP drove toward Crest Forest – while he drove RP’s windshield was struck by a piece of asphalt – RP pulled over and found the piece of asphalt behind his vehicle on the street – there were other like pieces nearby – RP stood by residence but saw/heard no lights, movement or people in the area – RP just moved in and had no confrontations with neighbors – negative video in area – no answer at residence

RIM (Domestic Battery) Scenic Pl – Suspect and girlfriend live at residence together – have been dating for one year – two argued and suspect hit girlfriend in face – when deputies arrived suspect was handcuffed after he refused deputies’ commands -subsequently placed on ground after he pulled away from deputies grasp – suspect booked into CDC

LAA (Death Investigation) Hospital Rd – 75-year-old male was witnessed having cardiac event at home – transported to Mountains Community Hospital – medical history of hypertension, high cholesterol and recently diagnosed with lung cancer – all members at home were sick – he was feeling lousy the past week – no signs of trauma on the body – no concerns of neglect or foul play – had been smoking since 1966 and stopped a month ago – body released to after care mortuary upon family’s request

RSP (Runaway Juvenile Report) Rim of the World Dr  – RP and her son argued inside the residence – son packed backpack with his small throwing knives/ax and walked out of house,  broke a wooden handle and carried half inside his backpack – subject walked north on Rim of the World Dr toward Hwy 18 – area check negative for possible locations – no threats or injuries – no phone – negative medical – teletype sent – RP will call back if seen

RIM (Miscellaneous Incident) Lovers Ln – Approximately 2:30 p.m., RP heard his white Husky barking outside residence – RP saw a Pitbull run up and attack his Husky – RP separated the dogs, but was bitten on both hands – multiple neighbors advised they had seen a loose Pitbull in area but no one knew the owner – local resident located loose Pitbull with injuries and flagged deputy down – Animal Control took Pitbull

CRL (Driving Without License) Springwater Rd/S Thousand Pines Rd – Vehicle stopped for broken light and expired registration – driver found to not have valid driver’s license – driver cited – vehicle was legally parked

LAA (Vehicle Burglary) Zermatt Dr – On Saturday, 12/16/23, approximately 12 a.m., RP’s vehicle driver’s window was smashed with unknown tool and alarm went off – unknown subject grabbed a brown leather key chain – ran after neighbor yelled – unknown subject wore all black – negative subject vehicle

CRL (Death Investigation) Skyland Dr – RP concerned about his friend, late 80s, as his front door was kicked in – RP hasn’t heard from him in months – deputy will be making forced entry at door – confirmed deceased

TPK (Death Investigation) Lake Forest Dr – CHP transfer – subject was located deceased in his bedroom from an apparent overdose – overdose team responded and assumed investigation – subject was transported by coroner transport – will forward report to overdose team 

TPK (False Pretense) Longview Dr RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – in April 2021, RP was scammed by a fake online investing website, Zenithtraderx.com – RP sent them approximately $59,000.00 from her Chase bank account – the website no longer communicated with the RP and she realized it was a scam – website no longer exists – RP reported the incident to an online federal internet crime center for elder fraud – recently RP’s accountant advised her to report the incident for her taxes – report taken for documentation

CRL (Miscellaneous Incident) Scenic Dr – Gas was taken out of RPs vehicle – RP requesting to make a report – occurred 7:00 a.m. today – unable to locate owner of vehicle – report taken for documentation

RSP (Burglary) Hilltop Blvd – On Sunday, 12/17/23 approximately 10:30 a.m.-10:30 p.m. unknown suspect entered RP’s residence, tossed items around and smashed the tv screen with an unknown object – no items taken – RP suspects his ex who lives next door still has keys to his residence – subject not home – no physical evidence – RP has camera but unable to access video at this time – RP will call back when video available 

CRL (RunAway Juvenile) Lake Gregory Mobile Home Park #1 – RP states juvenile went home, then ran away again – RP is a caregiver – states juvenile ran away on Friday from location – no medical diagnosis – negative weapons in home – unknown high/drunk

CRL (Domestic Battery) Felsen Dr – RP says mother was battered by her boyfriend – RP says there is blood on the walls and all over his mother – unknown where mom is injured – medical advised, will hold – RP calling for mother involved in domestic – didn’t witness, heard screaming – male half left in red/purple Jeep toward Lake Arrowhead – advising he’s been drinking – male half possibly heading to his mom’s – negative weapons seen – male negative for drugs – negative weapons – RP believes mom’s boyfriend may be heading home – mom is lying on the floor – is awake and breathing – male should have an open bottle of alcohol with him – RP had no further information and felt comfortable disconnecting – several family members at location, no one witness, no one else involved – subjects have been dating for approximately four years – do not live together – during an argument, male threw a glass bottle of pizza sauce at female’s fish tank – male also took filter off fish tank causing water to spill all over floor – female slipped and fell to floor on her back – male left location prior to deputy arrival
