SIL (Lost Property) Silverwood Lake – On 6/9/24 between 2:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., RP lost his wallet while hiking – wallet is black leather – contained Mexican Consulate card, business cards and Cash App debit card – RP back tracked, but did not find his wallet
CRL (Paraphernalia) Lake Dr/Lake Gregory Dr – Suspect was found to have drug paraphernalia when he was contacted on a pedestrian check – suspect arrested, transported and booked into CDC
CRL (Possession Danger Drugs) Playground Dr – Male and female suspects located inside a residence – legal owner of the residence did not desire prosecution for trespass – during search of the suspects’ vehicle, a baggie of a controlled substance was located – female suspect had a warrant – arrest made – suspects booked at CDC
CRL (Possession Danger Drugs) Playground Dr – Suspect was contacted during a traffic stop – found to be in violation – suspect arrested and transported to CDC – vehicle towed – teletype sent
CED (Possession Control Substance) Lilac Way – CHP transfer – Argument over girlfriend’s drug abuse – RP confronted subject about drugs/paraphernalia in her purse which was inside her vehicle – subject left in her vehicle without the purse – during search of purse, deputy located a baggie of suspected methamphetamine and a suspected meth pipe, along with several credit cards belonging to another subject – case to be sent to DA
CRL (Driving W/SUS/RV License) Lake Dr/Pioneer Camp Rd – Vehicle stopped for having a headlight out – driver found to have suspended driver’s license and no insurance – driver cited – vehicle released to licensed driver on scene

VOE (Vandalism) Redwood Way – CHP transfer – at approximately 2:00 a.m., victim’s ex-girlfriend forced entry into his residence, breaking the front door and doorjamb – subject yelled at victim and left without further incident – victim estimated the cost to repair the door at $500.00 – subject contact pending
CED (Violate Court Order) Lyon Dr – RP has an active restraining order against past roommate – suspect violated the order and attempted to punch RP – RP pepper sprayed suspect – suspect received medical treatment – suspect was transported to CDC and booked
CRL (Possession for Sales) Ocean View Dr – On 6/12/24, deputy conducted a parole check on suspect 1 – suspect 2 also present at residence – suspect 1 consented to a search of the residence – during the search, deputy discovered approximately one-quarter pound of suspected methamphetamine and meth paraphernalia in a black bag on top of the kitchen trash can – while speaking to suspect 2, she indicated there was “a lot” more meth on the property – suspect 1 admitted to snorting meth two weeks ago – suspect 1 is currently out on bail for possession of drugs for sale – has an extensive history of similar offenses – arrest made
LAA (Grand Theft) Banff Dr – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – RP says subjects took a box of jewelry and a rifle from her residence about a year ago – RP does not have any serial numbers for the rifle – subject states he hasn’t been to RP’s residence in over a year – RP states jewelry is valued at about $250,000.00 – RP provided a handwritten list of the items taken – RP will check for photos of the jewelry – subjects said they were contacted to look at some furniture – never took on any sales agreement with RP – did not take any items from RP’s residence – shotgun located under the bed which RP stated she did not see – gun located – RP will continue to look for jewelry
LAA (Lost/Stolen Plate) Hospital Rd/N State Hwy 173 – Sometime between 6/6/24 and 6/12/24, unknown subject(s) removed both plates from vehicle – RP already went down to the DMV to get replacement plates
GVL (Miscellaneous Incident) Green Valley Lake Rd – Ongoing landlord/tenant issues – RP emailing lease agreement
LAA (Shoplifting) State Hwy 18 – Unknown Hispanic male adult entered Stater Bros – stole $100.00 worth of tequila – left in white Chrysler 300 toward the resort – video surveillance obtained
CRL (Domestic Battery) Sleepy Hollow Motel – CHP transfer – on 6/12/24 at approximately 10:15 p.m., victim and her former boyfriend and current roommate argued about the victim talking to another male and allowing him to stay in their motel room – the argument turned physical when subject grabbed the victim and held her down and put his hand over her mouth to prevent her from screaming – during the altercation, the other male entered the motel room – observed subject holding the victim down as she attempted to fight him off – victim was able to get away from subject and jumped out of the motel bathroom window – during the fight, victim suffered a small cut to her finger – bled all over the motel room – victim ran away from the scene prior to deputies arrival – was not located

CRL (Vandalism) Bowl Rd – Three young males with flashlights attempting to break into son’s vehicle – subjects left on foot – RP flagged deputy down reference juveniles smashing his van window with a rock – last seen heading up toward Bowl Rd – additional call for attempted vandalism – stated several juveniles last seen on Bowl – area check found three juveniles matching description hiding in a drainage ditch – in field with victim – juvenile PD was contacted – juveniles were cited and released to parents
RIM (Vandalism) State Hwy 18/Lovers Ln – Deputy flagged down – RP reported damages to his vehicle – RP had screen shots from subject’s social media showing two juveniles with vehicle – repair of damages estimated to cost $600.00 – suspects cited for vandalism
RIM (Warrant Arrest) Blackfoot Trl – RP not at the incident location – advised that through surveillance camera, suspect was seen walking toward his property – per neighbor, suspect spray painted his surveillance camera – deputy observed gray spray paint on the camera – suspect admitted he sprayed the camera at the property – upon further investigation, suspect had a felony warrant – arrest made – booked into CDC on no-bail warrant and vandalism charge
CRL (Petty Theft) Lake Dr – On 6/13/24 at approximately 2:50 p.m., the office manager of the Lake Gregory Recreational Company observed subject, who is a current employee, open backpack which contained a tote bag from the gift shop and place them in his backpack – manager confronted subject who gave back the items – manger estimated the items cost to be $35.00 – deputy contacted subject by phone, who admitted to taking the items for work
CED (P/M/S Danger Weapon) Hook Creek Rd – RP received a call from his daughter that male and female are in front of residence fighting – possibly neighbor – CHP transfer – male and female fighting with each other – male then hit female and dragged her toward a trailer in the backyard of house – as deputy walked around the trailer, deputy noticed a white male subject near the a storage shed – later identified by California ID – during investigation, suspect was detained – during a search incident to arrest in the immediate vicinity was a black bag and in plain sight was shotgun ammunition – a further search of the bag found additional .38 caliber ammunition – a records check showed suspect was not allowed to be in possession of firearms or ammunition per temporary restraining order – arrest made
CRL (Miscellaneous Incident) Knapps Ctf – Welfare check on RP’s daughter – upon arrival, negative answer at the door – multiple knocks and announcements made with negative answer – spoke with RP who stated she was also a listed homeowner consented to deputies forcing entry – front door glass pane broke to gain entry – subject contacted inside the residence – subject transported to hospital via Fire – residence secured upon leaving – spoke with RP and provided her updated information regarding her daughter
RIM (Possession Danger Drugs) State Hwy 18 – Deputy conducted a traffic stop on vehicle – vehicle’s registration was expired and suspect’s driver’s license was expired – suspect admitted to having “speed” in his vehicle – deputy located a small clear bag with suspected methamphetamine inside – deputy booked suspect at CDC for charges

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Fern Dr/Lake Dr – Suspect matched description of female throwing bottles – records check showed she had a $25,000.00 warrant – suspect denied throwing bottles at vehicle – negative bottle or broken glass seen during area check – suspect was arrested on her warrant and booked at CDC
RSP (Warrant Arrest) Hilltop Blvd – Male and female are in the parking lot arguing – male is throwing things – appears to be intoxicated – female and juvenile returned to residence – male walked to his residence – suspect contacted at his residence reference the incident – was found to have a $60,000.00 misdemeanor warrant for DUI – suspect was booked at CDC for his warrant

LAA (Vandalism) State Hwy 189 – RP who owns Tiki Republic called to report vandalism – provided video surveillance of his business neighbor cutting a metal frame secured on the fence line door separating the two businesses – RP estimated the total cost of repair to be $500.00 – both parties will provide supporting documents regarding the ownership of the fence line door – the report will be long-formed to the DA

VOE (Driving W/O License) S State Hwy 138/Waters Dr – Vehicle stopped for expired registration – driver cited for driving without a license – suspect taken to residence – less than one mile away – a licensed driver would pick up the vehicle
RSP (Warrant Arrest) Palo Alto/Whispering Pines Rd – Vehicle stopped for expired registration – driver was found to have an active warrant – driver cited for his warrant – teletype sent
CRL (Domestic Battery) Lake Dr – Male says camera shows female passenger fighting with him – upon arrival, deputy spoke with victim at incident location – victim stated that he and his wife have been married for 20 years – according to victim, suspect had consumed too much alcohol while they were at Lake Arrowhead Village – while driving to get food from McDonald’s, suspect began yelling at victim – victim reported that suspect hit him approximately five times on his right arm – victim asked the McDonald’s employees to call 9-1-1 for assistance – deputy spoke with employee who witnessed suspect acting erratically and hitting victim in the arm multiple times – based on victim’s statement and the witness accounts, deputy arrested suspect for domestic battery
CPP (Vandalism) Mozumdar Dr – RP’s tires were slashed sometime yesterday – believes male did it – male is known to use fentanyl that lives in the area – male possibly upset due to a fight he and RP were in – cost to replace was estimated at approximately $150.00
RSP (Petty Theft) West Dr – Wallet and purse were taken from RP’s unlocked vehicle at location – Kaiser Permanente diaper bag, given to her by the hospital for newborn, backpack purse with villains all over, worth approximately $30.00, unknown brand wallet, approximately $100.00 cash, multiple credit cards, driver’s license, Social Security cards, including her four kids’ – negative video surveillance – deputy will check surrounding homes tomorrow
LAA (Attempt Robbery) State Hwy 18 – Suspect entered Stater Bros grocery store with the intent to take Voo Doo Ranger beer statue – valued at about $500.00 – suspect entered wearing a black ski mask and hooded jacket – went straight to beer display and took out bolt cutters he had under his jacket – suspect cut the cable securing the statue to the display with the bold cutters – suspect grabbed the statue and attempted to run out of the store with the statue – Stater Bros staff and patrons physically struggled with suspect to stop him from stealing the statue – suspect pushed his way from the display to the entrance of the store – several store employees were able to get the statue – suspect then ran out of the store – when suspect was contacted at his residence, he admitted to trying to take the statue from Stater Bros – arrest made

CRL (Possession Control Substance) Lake Dr/Gregory Pl – During a vehicle check for no front plate or front bumper, the driver was found to have two misdemeanor warrants for his arrest – during a subsequent search of his person, he was found to be in possession of a glass pipe commonly used to smoke methamphetamine in his front jacket pocket and approximately five grams of white crystalline substance in a pouch strapped to his leg – suspect was placed under arrest – his vehicle was towed – suspect was booked into CDC without incident
CRL (P/M/S Danger Weapon) Lake Dr/Leafy Ln – On 6/17/24, deputy took over an investigation regarding a traffic stop – the driver had a misdemeanor warrant – the passenger was on felony probation – a search of the vehicle revealed a methamphetamine pipe, a small quantity of meth and a revolver firearm – under Miranda, driver admitted to smoking meth with passenger the night before – both were arrested for possession of a firearm by an addict and having a controlled substance while armed
RSP (Brandishing Weapon) Poplar Dr – During an argument between the victim and suspect, suspect removed a black pocket knife from his pocket, held it down by his side and clicked it open and closed – suspect told the victim you better sleep with one eye open – victim felt threatened during the incident and desired prosecution – suspect was contacted and arrested – pocket knife described by the victim was found in suspect’s pocket
