The PTA at Lake Arrowhead Elementary School, with the County of San Bernardino, made it possible for LAE students to paint six county snowplows on Thursday, Oct. 17. The Paint the Plow event has been an annual one at Charles Hoffman Elementary but had not taken place at LAE for years.

The campus was abuzz with excitement at the return of this fun event. The students, parent volunteers and teachers are looking forward to seeing the artwork on the road come snow season.

Many parent volunteers like Curtis Mead from the PTA made this event possible. He makes some adjustments to a painting of Cubbie, LAE's school mascot.
