“We are so happy to host this event in the week before Thanksgiving,” said Lori Butler, the chamber executive director. “In fact, at the event every community member that attends will be entered into a free drawing for a $500 American Express gift card.”

The Saturday after Thanksgiving, Nov. 29, will be Small Business Saturday when locals are encouraged to frequent businesses in their community. Everyone who comes to the event will receive a list of small businesses and services they can use or visit for extra free entries to the big drawing. The grand prize drawing will take place at the chamber of commerce office at a reception and open house on Sunday, Nov. 30 at noon.
