Rim Ed awards thousands to Rim schools

At the Dec. 20 meeting of the Rim of the World Unified School District board of trustees, members of the Rim of the World Educational Foundation board of directors presented Partnership with Schools awards to the seven campuses. Each campus had submitted an application for funds, calculated at a per pupil amount. The following awards were presented: Lake Arrowhead Elementary, $2,493.00; Valley of Enchantment Elementary, $4,698.45; Charles Hoffman Elementary, $2,519.86; Mary Putnam Henck Intermediate, $5,107.00; Rim Virtual Academy, $259.96; Rim of the World High School, $7,000.00; Mountain High School, $389.94.
