“What a great way to spend a Saturday!” That’s what four members of the Rotary Club of Lake Arrowhead said after helping to decorate the Rotary International float for the Rose Parade on Dec. 13. Suzy Garrett (1) brought a tiger cub to life, while Kristin Countryman (2) and Jeri Simpson and Elizabeth Whitney-Olivas (3) worked on a giraffe. “We ended the day tired and sprinkled with coffee grounds,” the Rotarians said, “but full of laughs and great memories.”
