Woman arrested for operating suspected drug house

On July 26, at approximately 9:31 p.m., deputies served a search warrant at a residence in the 40100 block of Highland Road in Big Bear Lake.

Deputies recovered 37 glass pipes consistent with the use of methamphetamine, approximately two grams of suspected methamphetamine, several suspected fentanyl pills, hypodermic needles, small digital scales and several metal spoons with burnt white residue.

Deputies arrested 60-year-old, Big Bear Lake resident Heather Annas for HS 11366, operating or maintaining a drug house. Annas is being held at the West Valley Detention Center on $30,000 bail. She was arraigned in San Bernardino County Superior Court where she pleaded not guilty, was released from custody and ordered to appear on Aug. 6 for a pre-preliminary hearing.

Woman arrested on charges of attempted murder, domestic violence, child endangerment 

On Wednesday, July 29, at approximately 12:45 p.m., deputies received a call for service regarding a missing person in the 500 block of Talmage Road in Big Bear Lake. Deputies responded and located the missing person, who had left the residence due to being a victim of domestic violence.

The investigation revealed that several crimes were committed against the victim by the suspect, including attempted murder, domestic battery and criminal threats.

While at the location, deputies observed that the suspect’s child was living in an unclean and unsafe environment. Deputies also observed that the suspect appeared to be severely intoxicated and was unable to provide adequate care for herself or her child.

Child and Family Services were contacted and the child was removed from the home. At the conclusion of the investigation, the suspect, Brandi Noe, 51, was arrested for attempted murder, domestic violence and child endangerment.

Noe was booked at West Valley Detention Center on $1,000,000 bail and was to be arraigned at the San Bernardino County Superior Court on Aug. 3.
