CRL (Paraphernalia) San Moritz Dr/Valle Dr – Deputy contacted suspect who walked eastbound in the westbound lane of San Moritz Dr – suspect was approximately four feet from the walking trail – suspect stated he was on probation – during the investigation, two glass methamphetamine pipes were found in suspect’s pockets – suspect was arrested for drug charges

 

YUC (Theft by Fraud) Dunlap Blvd – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – RP had her check stolen, forged and cashed – has paperwork with her – sometime between 12/10/22 and 12/27/22, unknown subject(s) obtained the victims check #4708 – sent from Crestline post office to a physical address in Yucaipa – subject(s) rewrote a name in the “pay to the order of” section – victim originally wrote check out for a payment for the victim’s RV storage – $690 was deposited to an unknown person – deputy contacted RV storage employees who informed customers were informed to mail payments to their newly opened PO box – RV storage still has the physical mailbox – per employee, they have found mail outside the mailbox on the ground before – unknown where the check was taken exactly – negative surveillance – victim provided copy of deposited check and carbon copy of original check

CRL (Violation DVRO) Lakeview Dr – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – RP has proof subject violated his restraining order by emailing him – has document with him – victim has a DVRO against subject – today victim saw an email from subject – violated the DVRO by emailing the victim

 

CRL (Keeping of Property) Arth Dr – Ammunition at front desk of Twin Peaks Station – RP says its old ammo to be destroyed – .223 Russian rounds and .9 MM rounds – RP dropped off approximately 400 rounds of ammo to destroy – will book into Twin Peaks property for destruction

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Crest Forest Dr – While conducting a knock and talk, suspect walked up to the residence – suspect was known to have a warrant – suspect was arrested for his warrant – suspect was transported and booked into CDC without incident

 

CRL (Keeping of Property) Basel Dr – CHP transfer – RP states she is at location with a locksmith to change the locks – she found two, possibly more, firearms and ammunition at location – requesting a deputy come and pick them up – KBI Makarov .9 MM pistol taken to Twin Peaks station for safe keeping

 

TPK (Grand Theft) Strawberry Peak Rd – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – RP’s son, who is homeless, came to RP’s home during the holidays – stole RP’s property

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Lake Dr/Forest Shade Rd – Suspect was contacted, who was known to have an outstanding warrant –a records check revealed subject had two warrants – suspect was transported and booked into CDC without incident

 

TPK (Warrant Arrest) State Hwy 189/North Rd – Suspect was found to have an active in-county warrant – suspect issued citation – released in the field

 

CRL (Driving W/SUS/RV License) Lake Dr/Lake Gregory Dr – Suspect was stopped for rear lighting violation – suspect was found to be driving without a license – suspect issued cite and released

 

ARB (Warrant Arrest) Fir Dr – Looking for suspect with a warrant out of Texas – full extradition – arrest made

 

CRL (Driving W/SUS/RV License) Lake Dr/Friendly Ln – Vehicle stopped due to license lamps malfunction – driver identified with California driver’s license – found to be driving on expired license – issued citation for  being in violation – released in field

 

CED (Grand Theft) Craghill Dr – RP lost his car keys two days ago – his fiancée at the time was helping him look for them – two days later, subject stole the vehicle – RP at incident location for deputy contact – vehicle stolen by subject on Friday, 1/27/23 at about 2:00 a.m. – unknown where she went – did not have permission to take vehicle – no answer on phone – teletype sent

 

LAA (Lost/Stolen Plate) S State Hwy 173 – RP calling back for stolen plate report – unknown when plate was stolen from vehicle – RP’s vehicle is parked at the Edgewater Condo parking garage – possible video surveillance – per the RP, if deputies call when they arrive, he will meet them out front so deputies can avoid the ice

BLU (Warrant Arrest) State Hwy 189/Fir Ln – Suspect arrested and booked for outstanding warrants – found to be in possession of methamphetamine – issued citation – motorcycle towed by Armada Towing

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Forest Shade Rd/Lake Dr – Suspect was arrested on his active warrants – he was booked at CDC

 

LAA (Grand Theft Auto) Lucerne Ln – RP advising her truck was taken from driveway of location – RP wants phone call – she had to leave for work – RP will attempt to locate the plate by contacting her insurance before deputy calls her – between 1/29/23 at 9:00 p.m. and 1/30/23 at 3:30 p.m., the victim’s white Ram 2500, long-bed truck was stolen from outside of her residence by unknown subjects – victim has all keys accounted for – the vehicle was locked – area check for vehicle was negative – teletype sent

 

VOE (Miscellaneous Incident) VOE School – RP requesting deputy to her residence at address – on Friday, son was assaulted by another student – RP says she notified the school – school said incident did not happen – on 1/27/23, while waiting in line for the bus, victim was pushed against a brick wall, causing a red mark – the incident was not reported to the parents by the school – mother of child wants an investigation – will follow up with the school to get involved parties information

 

CRL (Elderly Abuse) Arth Dr – Son hit RP in the head and face – broke the window – male in the background saying RP slapped him – son is in the garage – no weapons – probation – son upset because RP did not make pork chops – no longer on the line with RP

 

CRL (Death Investigation) San Moritz Dr – RP is brother-in-law to subject – is concerned that nobody in the family has heard from him in a while – he had a kidney transplant – told his mother he had a rash and blisters – has a BMW X5 vehicle – black/white dog named Romo who is pitbull mix – his work says he didn’t show up today – RP would like phone contact – RP calling requesting an update on her tenant – states that if he is deceased, RP can take the dog and come lock up the residence
