TPK (Registrant Register) Twin Peaks Station – No report

LAA (Warrant Arrest) N State Hwy 173/Emerald Dr – Vehicle stopped for no license plate – the passenger admitted to having a warrant – records check confirmed – suspect was transported and booked into CDC

RSP (Follow Up) Lightfoot Way – Spoke to all involved – does not appear to be any signs of abuse

LAA (Driving W/SUS/RV License) N Grass Valley Rd/Golf Course Rd – Vehicle stopped for having no rear bumper – driver found to be driving on suspended license – vehicle impounded by Don’s Towing – suspect was issued cite and released at the scene

LAA (Death Investigation) Oak Dr – Medical en route – RP’s husband lying the driveway – believes he is deceased – getting further – 80-year-old male – RP in the driveway – subject not awake – unknown how long he has been lying in the driveway – RP doesn’t feel a pulse – instructions being given – CPR starting by RP – CPR continues by RP – medical advising deputy almost there – CPR started again – RP confirmed her address again – comm center also confirmed the address – deputy heard driving by with sirens

CRL (Paraphernalia) Felsen Dr – CHP transfer – RP’s ex-boyfriend is at the front door trying to get into the house – banging on the windows – RP’s current boyfriend is inside – is armed with a black handgun – he has been there for past five minutes – arrived in silver Toyota Camry – ex-boyfriend is known to carry a handgun – RP and her boyfriend are the only subjects in the house – ex-boyfriend still at the front door asking RP to come out – dog onsite is friendly – RP also advising her ex-boyfriend arrived to location with her own brother – RP advising her boyfriend has a CCW to carry gun – felony probation on subject – RP believes he will be cooperative with deputies – RP unable to see if vehicle is still at location due to fog – RP advised to have him put the gun away – RP now says vehicle appears to be gone – RP was advised to step out – suspect was at incident location aggressive, yelling and banging on the front door – suspect left the location prior to deputy arrival – suspect later returned to the incident location – a records check showed suspect was on felony probation – suspect admitted to possessing a methamphetamine pipe in the vehicle – during a search of the vehicle, deputy located a meth pipe in the vehicle – the meth pipe was approximately one gram of meth melted inside – suspect arrested on drug charges – he was booked at CDC – suspect’s vehicle was towed

CRL (Follow Up) San Moritz Dr – Negative answer at door of residence – will follow up at later date and time

CRL (Missing Person) State Hwy 18/Mormon Monument Rd – RP’s husband leaves work at midnight to come home – usually gets home around 2:00 a.m. – she hasn’t heard from him since midnight – never arrived home – name given, black hair, last seen wearing all black – works at Amazon in Rialto – drives a 2007 black Nissan Pathfinder – phone not receiving messages – Find My Phone not working – RP would like phone contact – RP was concerned when her husband didn’t return home from work on 2/22/23 – works in Rialto – was supposed to be off work at approximately 1:30 a.m. – RP could not contact husband on his cell – was unable to see his location on the Find My Phone app – husband returned home at approximately 11:30 a.m. – he had pulled off the road on the way home to sleep and did not have cell service – deputy confirmed husband’s identity at his residence by California driver’s license – teletype entered for missing person – teletype entered for located

VOE (Possession Narcotics) Azalia Ln – RP watching video – two males walking through backyard – both wearing backpacks – can see footprints in snow – believe they jumped the back fence – possibly in back neighbor’s yard now – suspect 1 was found to be in possession of approximately 40 Xanax pills – suspect 2 was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe – both were arrested and transported to CDC where they were booked

TPK (Missing Person) Twin Peaks Station – No report

CRL (Paraphernalia) Friendly Ln – CHP transfer – Edison came down yesterday looking for squatters who are related to felony electrical theft – states they hotwired the electrical meter – RP is owner – states squatters are back at residence – requesting deputies – upon arrival at the incident location, homeowner was at the front door of the residence with a power drill attempting to enter – RP stepped away from the door when deputy arrived – deputy knocked and announced himself – spoke with suspect behind closed door – suspect opened the door with a bat above his head in a striking position – suspect was detained without incident – deputies checked the residence for any other occupants – during a search of the residence, a methamphetamine pipe was located on a bedside table – suspect admitted under Miranda that the pipe belonged to him – suspect was arrested

CPP (Adult Protective Services Follow Up) Sawpit Canyon Rd – Unable to make contact due to inclement weather – limited information in referral – will follow up

TPK (Missing Person) Twin Peaks Station – RP has not had contact with sister since 12/25/22 – two detectives showed up at their father’s house in Pennsylvania – did not say anything to him – searched his house – said they would be in contact with him, but did not say anything – RP advising she was last staying in Crestline – unknown exact address – RP wants to report her missing via phone contact.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   February 25, 2023

CRL (Assault) Crest Forest Dr – RP advising husband was assaulted by white male adult – approximately 30 years old – just drove off in a Ford F250, white, Tennessee plate – subject punched him in the face after a verbal dispute over RP using a snow blower to clear her driveway – RP declines medical – RP advising she is not familiar with the subject or subject vehicle, but he was with some local “tweakers”

LAA (Burglary) Garden Dr – SBPD transfer – RP just received call from a friend in the area saying that a subject (name given) is currently inside her garage removing items – RP advising yesterday a neighbor next door, who is a firefighter, went to her residence to feed her dogs – entered through the side garage door – possibly where subject entered – unknown if subject arrived on foot or vehicle – two French bulldogs inside the residence – RP is currently in San Bernardino – priors to location – arrest made – RP calling back advising missed a call – RP calling back reference dogs on porch – needing deputy to put them back in house so they don’t freeze – RP unable to get up there – requesting a call back – RP says she received a missed call – possibly from deputy – if so, call her again
