Goodwin’s Market posted this message on Facebook on March 11.

THESE ARE OUR PEOPLE! The people you see in this photo are the incredible employees who worked tirelessly during the storm to get food out to the community. When the roof collapsed, they still showed up. They were scared about their future but stepped up to serve the community and hand out food donations. We could not be more proud of this group of people you see right here.

Yesterday we met for the first time. We hugged, cried and we shared a meal and cookies. Mike (Johnstone) and David (Goodwin) updated everyone on next steps and our plan for a rebuild. Tina gave out bracelets for everyone to wear to serve as a reminder that we are strong and resilient and can get through this.

Thank you to each and every one of you, for your unbelievable love and support, for always showing up for the community and for your unwavering loyalty. You are family!
