VOE (Adult Protective Services) Valley of Enchantment Mobile Home Park – RP extremely hard to understand – states her son is threatening her – states he threatened her – he is armed with machete – he is now currently in his room – still armed – RP states her head is throbbing from him punching her – RP is in her bedroom – thinks he is going to try to kill her – he is unaware that RP is on the phone with 9-1-1 – negative drinking or drugs – no other weapons in the house – RP says she possibly has a concussion – says she was bleeding earlier – RP believes he will be cooperative with deputies – son is in the front bedroom – RP is in the back bedroom – dog possibly with her son – dog is not aggressive – RP has bruises all over her body – RP states son has anger issues – he is diagnosed with bipolar disorder – not taking his meds – RP is 64 years old – unable to locate guns registered to subject – RP continues to say he is going to kill her – she has injuries to her face and is unrecognizable – gate code given – RP can still hear him in the house – RP’s bedroom door is broken – unable to lock it – RP said she had to go and that he was coming – RP advised to leave the line open – RP whispering, possibly “no” or “don’t” – buttons being pushed on the phone – deputy contacted both mother and son inside residence in separate bedrooms – both were drinking with prescribed medication – RP had old bruising to the face which were not consistent with allegations – son was cooperative – stated RP is an alcoholic and falls – residence was very cluttered – RP has a history of drinking and falling in residence – RP refused any medical attention – deputy will follow up with Adult Protective Services and social worker Green due to living conditions, intoxication and mental health

CRL (Search & Rescue) 2N37 Forest Road/Pilot Rock Rd – Three miles from Pilot Rock – came from Rancho using the GPS – RP stuck in the snow/mud – has full tank of gas – only has a sweater – cell phone has full charge – has food, no water – alone in vehicle – was heading home to Virginia Ct in Lake Arrowhead – advised to leave flashers on and stay in vehicle – no medical issues

March 3, 2023

VOE (Death Investigation) Sycamore Ln – Comm center requesting unit with snow cat respond – someone on website said there is a body inside the location – neighbor possibly deceased inside – roads need to get plowed to respond – was entered on 24-hour emergency website – RP is unknown caller – secondhand information – RP called for a well check yesterday – advising neighbor got into Dad’s location and confirmed Dad has passed – RP requesting phone contact

ARB (Death Investigation) Willow Ln – En route – possible deceased – Cal Fire en route – RP called – received a call from her ex-mother-in-law saying she found her son deceased

CRL (Miscellaneous Incident) Finhaut Dr – Ongoing issue with neighbor who threw ice at RP – it got into RP’s eye – RP does not want medical – advising that neighbor harasses him when RP is trying to shovel his own driveway – RP requesting deputy – RP is currently inside his residence – unable to make it to residence – will attempt to get additional information at a later time – report for documentation

March 5, 2023

LAA (Warrant Arrest) Wellsley Dr/Golden Dr – Requesting a deputy respond to Wellsley just north of Golden for a report of a pedestrian on the ground – subject is lying at the end of the road where the plowing ends – subject is lying in the roadway – is possibly drunk – subject is a white male adult – last seen wearing older jacket, unknown color – CHP advised medical, but they refused to respond at this time due to unknown circumstances – suspect arrested for warrants and transported to CDC

March 6, 2023

CRL (Tow Request) S State Hwy 138/Lake Dr – Vehicle towed for blocking snow plows

CRL (Miscellaneous Incident) Stockade Restaurant – Start medical for possible assault – male caller giving address – asking for police and that police are on scene – address doesn’t verify – address per RapidSOS – mutual fight at location – unable to identify involved parties – subject transported to hospital for treatment

CRL (Death Investigation) Inspiration Rd – No duress – voicemail on callback – priors – apparent natural cause of death – subject released to family
