The UCLA Mountain Bruins invite one and all to join them for their summer kick-off dinner at the UCLA Lodge.
Enjoy appetizers at the social hour from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. while you meet and greet old and new friends. Dinner will start at 6:30 p.m.
Dinner will begin with a field green salad, followed by prime ribeye steak with a bordelaise sauce, salmon filet with mango salsa and wild mushroom ravioli with a roasted tomato basil sauce. Sides will include mashed potatoes, wild rice medley and assorted dinner rolls. The dinner will be rounded out with Liz’s chocolate paradise cake.
Water, tea and coffee will be served. Guests may bring their own wine, for which there will be no corkage fee but donations are requested.
All net proceeds benefit the UCLA Mountain Bruins Scholarship Fund.
