Last week, Logan Construction began the roof repairs at Jensen’s Finest Foods in Blue Jay that were made necessary by the heavy snows from last winter’s storms. “Things could not have gone more smoothly,” said Chad Logan. Engineers were flying down on Monday to assess the work done so far so the crew could put on the new roof sheeting. Then they will work on the interior, installing the new ceilings. Logan projects the multi-phase project will be completed by Nov. 1.
