Do you look at your email and see offers that seem too good to be true? How can everything offered online have four- and five-star reviews?
If you click on an advertisement, will people halfway across the world have your information? How do you know which Internet browser to use?
If these questions have plagued you while you’re on the computer, the Lake Arrowhead branch library in Blue Jay can help!
The library would like to invite people of all ages to join them for a free class in learning about the Internet, including how to safely browse websites, how to determine if something is trustworthy and how to shop online.
The class is being held in the library, using library computers, so participants only need a library card to join. The classes are being held on Tuesdays at 2 p.m. and will run through Nov. 14.
For more information, contact the Lake Arrowhead branch library at (909) 337-3118.
