Once again this year, the PTA at Charles Hoffman Elementary School organized the students to paint Caltrans’ plows. This year the students also exhibited their artistic skills on Bacon/Wagner Excavating’s tractor and plow. The school posted on Facebook, “It was an amazing day – the plows look amazing! Thank you to Caltrans and Bacon/Wagner Excavating for allowing to paint your plows!”
