It’s time to create those holiday cards

Nov 15, 2023 | Communities, Upcoming Events

Guests will be able to choose from six backdrops for their photos.

To help with creating the cards you’ll be sending around the globe this holiday season, the Mountain Sunrise Rotary Club is holding a photo session on Saturday, Nov. 25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Twin Peaks Community Center.

Bring your own smart phone or camera and choose from six fun backdrops. Volunteers may be available to assist with the photos. A $20 admission fee includes hot cocoa and treats for the children and the opportunity to take as many photos as you would like. Cash, Venmo, credit cards and PayPal will be accepted at the door.

This fundraiser helps the Rotary club support many organizations and events on the mountain, including the free community Thanksgiving dinner on Nov. 23. The club extends its thanks to the event’s sponsor, the Rim of the World Recreation and Park District.

The Twin Peaks Community Center is located at 675 Grandview Road in Twin Peaks.
