It’s Christmas at SkyPark

Santa and Mrs. Claus decorating a Christmas tree.

Hundreds of years ago, Santa Claus crash-landed in the NorthWoods when his magic key was stolen by the trickster Jack Frost. Fortunately, Santa was found by Arrow, the guardian of the NorthWoods and together they recovered the lost key.

Santa was so enchanted by the NorthWoods and its inhabitants that he decided to establish a permanent residence there called Santa’s Village. Now, visitors come from all over the world to visit Santa, Arrow and all the creatures who call the NorthWoods home.

Santa’s Village is a magical place year-round, but something extra special happens when we get close to the holiday season: The entire village transforms into a dazzling Christmas Wonderland!

When visitors enter the Village, they will be greeted by Gummdrop, the elf concierge, who will guide them to all the activities.

A first stop should be at Santa’s House to make a reservation to visit with the Jolly Old Elf. All reservations to see Santa must be made in person and on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations will be made over the phone or online. There are a limited number of reservations per day. Once they are filled, guests will be asked to wait in the standby line. Please note that visits with Santa are not guaranteed. While the elves do their best to accommodate all guests in the standby line, the sheer volume of visitors means that Santa doesn’t always get to see everyone.

Stop by Santa’s Workshop and don’t forget to send Santa a letter.

Santa’s Workshop and Post Office is one of Santa’s favorite places in the park, where he crafts all the presents and imagines the joy on children’s faces when they unwrap the gifts on Christmas morning. Guests can join the elves and create their very own Christmas ornament or toy during their visit to Santa’s Village.

And don’t forget to write your own letter! Santa loves getting mail, so decorate your list for him or send a thank-you note for the presents you received last year.

There is entertainment galore at SkyPark at Santa’s Village at Christmastime.

Don’t miss the Wacko Show. Watch as Wacko the magician makes ordinary objects perform incredible feats. Magical moments will be created in a few volunteers’ hands. The show includes Wacko’s special guest, a mischievous fox puppet named Mony (shhhh, don’t tell Mony he’s a puppet)!
