CRL (Grand Theft Auto) Lakeview Dr – On Saturday, 11/4/23 at approximately 6:20 a.m., two unknown subjects were seen on camera walking towards victim’s vehicle – vehicle was locked and parked in the driveway of his residence – victim is the only one who drives his vehicle – did not give anyone permission to drive it – victim is currently in the hospital in San Bernardino for a fall he had inside his residence – it appears after being transported by the fire department to the hospital, unknown subject(s) made entry to his residence – took the keys to his vehicle – teletype for the vehicle has been entered as stolen

 

RSP (Lost Property) Old City Creek Rd – SBPD transfer – on 11/4/23, RP was at 1N09 shooting area with his Glock 17 – sometime in the afternoon, RP packed up and went home – when he got home, he realized his pistol was missing – RP last saw pistol in the bed of his truck right before he left – teletype sent – no distinguishing features on pistol

 

CRL (Burglary) Coulter Pine Rd – Sometime between mid-October 2023 and 11/7/23, unknown subject(s) entered RP’s locked home – took multiple items – house has been unoccupied since the 2023 storms – has been red tagged – RP has not been able to remove their items out of the house they rented – RP found the front door partially opened with no signs of forced entry anywhere else – RP says only she and a neighbor have a key – negative surveillance – RP provided contact information to provide a list of items taken – RP and mother are still going through the home that has been damaged and ransacked – also advised RP of extra patrol request

 

BLU (Commercial Burglary) State Hwy 189 – Rite Aid motion and hold-up alarm going off – on 11/7/23 at about 6:00 p.m., suspect entered the location – locked himself in the restroom – suspect remained inside the restroom until after the business was closed – at about 10:40 p.m., suspect exited the restroom – stole alcohol from the fridge and exited through an emergency exit – incident was captured on video surveillance – arrest made

TPK (290 Registrant) Twin Peaks Station – Registrant register

 

LAA (Grand Theft Auto) Grass Valley Rd – Sometime between the beginning of October 2023 and now, unknown subject(s) took RP’s boat trailer and Ranger jet boat from his driveway – RP recently evicted subjects from the incident location, including subject 1 who was subletting – prior to the beginning of October, RP noticed a trailer belonging to subject 1, which was parked in front of his boat-laden trailer, still at the property – when he came to the property in October, both subject 1 and RP’s trailers were gone – RP did not have a proper VIN for his boat – will provide it to deputy when he gets home – will supply for boat and trailer teletypes

 

LAA (Lost Property) Old Toll Rd – Subject last saw her US passport on 11/15/23 – she does not know what happened to it – is unable to locate it – inside the passport was her five-year tourist visa which she was granted to visit the US – she has been in the US since 10/16/22 – report taken for documentation for the Department of Homeland Security

CRL (Death Investigation) S Village Ln – Fire en route for deceased subject – RP told Fire they haven’t seen their neighbor since Monday – went to check on him – he’s down and not breathing – last spoke to him approximately three days ago – recent complaints of flu-like symptoms – bruising to face like he fell – history of diabetes – negative suspicious circumstances

 

TPK (290 Registrant) Twin Peaks Station – Registrant registration

 

CRL (Petty Theft) Lake Dr – RP is a mover – he did a job for subject last week – subject is sending threatening texts – she is now accusing RP of stealing her stuff – RP wants deputy to call him – says the problem is continuing with subject posting things about him online – on 11/2/23, RP helped subject move – she remembers handing RP a box containing a Bose sound system with a six disk CD player – she observed him place that and two Sony DVD players in the rear seat of his van – RP loaded multiple other items inside his van – provided subject with a ride to her new house – all of her things were unloaded – the next day, subject noticed her Bose system and two DVD players were missing – did not remember seeing them unloaded from van – deputy spoke with RP and his moving partner – both stated that everything was moved – they did not accidentally or purposely keep her items – subject did not have any video or witnesses, but was adamant RP took her items – subject claimed her word should be enough to place charges on RP – demanded a report be taken – report taken and provided to subject – total loss was $800.00 for all three items combined

 

CRL (Commercial Burglary) Vista Ln – Sometime between 11/8/23 at 4:00 p.m. and 11/9/23 at 8:00 a.m., unknown subject(s) pried the lock off of the shed door – stole two Stihl chainsaws valued at approximately $1,100.00 – no one had permission to enter the shed or take any property from it

 

CRL (Grand theft Auto) Basel Dr – Sometime between 11/8/23 at approximately 5:00 p.m. and 11/9/23 at 5:00 p.m., unknown subject(s) stole victim’s vehicle from his driveway – vehicle was possibly left unlocked – keys were lost three days prior – no one had permission to take vehicle – payments are current – no video cameras – no broken glass or investigative leads – unable to locate witness or vehicle on area check – teletype sent

LAA (Disturbance Boyfriend/Girlfriend) Cottage Grove Rd – CHP transfer – While driving, subject and RP had an argument – during the argument, subject told RP to park to talk – RP continued to drive – subject pulled the wheel causing them to crash into a rock wall – subject drove the vehicle home – RP walked home – CHP advising female complaining of chest and arm soreness – medical declined – CHP took traffic collision report – deputy took report for documentation

 

CRL (Terrorist Threats) Lake Dr – RP states patron was drunk – was kicked out – states they were called back by someone in the party saying the subject left and is en route back to incident location with a shotgun – states subject was giving death threats as he was leaving – one of the statements he made was he was going to come back to shoot them – RP is a customer – staff asked him to call – RP states they were advised male is on foot heading to location – RP advised to call back if anything changes – deputy located suspect walking southbound on Lake Dr to Knapps Cutoff – as deputy drove past subject, deputy could see the buttstock of a firearm which could be consistent with a shotgun – when deputy turned unit around, suspect no longer had the long gun in his possession and was walking westbound on Cedar Ln – deputy gave suspect commands to stop walking and get on the ground – suspect ignored commands and continued to walk – suspect walked into a residence where he was later detained in the backyard – shotgun located near the corner of Lake Dr and Knapps Cutoff – suspect had four shotgun shells in his right pocket – arrest made – suspect uncooperative – escorted into CDC by intake deputies – placed on suspended booking – recovered firearm teletype sent

LAA (Found Narcotics) Mountains Community Hospital – RP was given a bag of what they think is a controlled substance – was found on a patient in the emergency room – no patient information at this time – no policy/way of disposing of it – hospital supervisor turned over found narcotics suspected to be mushrooms – unknown who had the narcotics

VOE (DUI over .08%) Spruce Dr/Waters Dr – Female was arrested for driving under the influence and having a suspended license – LEMS blood draw at CDC without incident – arrest made

 

CRL (Domestic Battery) Big Oak Rd – Husband is drunk – told RP to leave – then slapped and choked her – medical declined – RP says that she is calling for help and there is no reason for her to be arrested – husband is trying to leave – RP will be in bedroom – negative weapons – RP and subject are married with two children – live together at the residence – were on a date night when they began to argue – RP alleged suspect threw her on the bed and choked  her with both hands and slapped her on the face – RP did not lose consciousness, but was afraid she would – sustained no injuries from the altercation – refused medical attention – subject left the residence prior to deputy arrival – possibly en route to his mother’s house in Hesperia – Ramey warrant was authorized and sent for review

 

TPK (Felony Spouse Abuse) CHP transfer – RP’s ex just pushed her down the stairs while she was trying to move her items out of the location – male has machetes and baseball bat at location – she does not think he has guns – medical refused – male is on the second story deck – deputies familiar with male – RP 2 receiving information from neighbors that her tenants at location are in physical altercation – victim and suspect were in a dating relationship for the past year – have recently been on and off – today the victim was at the top of the stairs inside the residence gathering the rest of her belongings – suspect kicked victim in the thigh and she fell face forward down the stairs – victim suffered multiple cuts, scrapes and bruising to her right elbow and forearm – suspect was arrested for domestic battery – Marsy’s card of victim rights and resources provided to victim – suspect transported to CDC – photographs taken of both parties

 

LAA (Illegal Entry & Vandalism) Crest Estates Dr – Location is RP’s vacation home – arrived to find house broken into – window appears to be broken with a brick – sometime between June 2020 and today, unknown subject(s) threw a brick through a window to the right of the front door of the residence – appeared to open window from the inside – nothing stolen from the inside – cost to replace window was approximately $300.00 – photographs taken – unknown who could have broken into residence – no renters at residence in the last few years

 

CRL (Lost/Stolen Plate) Arrowhead Credit Union – RP’s license plate fell off while on the way up to Crestline – rear plate possibly came off on Hwy 18 – somewhere upbound – teletype sent

TPK (Driving W/O License) State Hwy 189/S Grass Valley Rd – Vehicle stopped for running a stop sign – cite released – licensed driver arrived to drive the vehicle

 

TPK (Keeping of Property) Twin Peaks Station – Wallet turned in – taken for safekeeping – owner contacted – will pick up at later date/time

 

TPK (Found Property) Twin Peaks Station – RP says she found a handgun in her late father’s residence – does not want it in her possession – will be in vehicle in front of the station

 

CRL (Miscellaneous Incident) Lake Gregory Dr/Bernard Dr – CHP transfer – RP states she was walking home and fell into a ditch – is unable to get out – has flashlight and can hear passing vehicles – states she is eight feet from the road – negative injuries – phone flashlight is at 5% – she is holding onto a tree so she does not fall further down – not injured, just cannot get out – states she is directly under the “slide area” sign – in the area looking – Fire is out looking also – with female – she is down a steep embankment – subject is out of the ditch

LAA (Driving W/O License) Corona Cir/Crest Cir – Vehicle stopped for license plate light out – driver found to be driving without an issued license – vehicle released to a driver with a valid license – citation issued

 

CRL (Drug Overdose) Lake Dr/Lake Gregory Dr – Behind 7-Eleven – black male adult – passed out – medical advised – lips are turning blue – Narcan administered – have a pulse – Fire taking over – medical headed to St. Bernardine’s with subject

 

LAA (Miscellaneous Incident) Lake Edge Rd – Subject was at the Lake Arrowhead Resort getting ready to go to bed – was attempting to clear his firearm to put in the safe – when subject attempted to clear the firearm, he accidentally fired one round into his left hand – the bullet went through his hand between the knuckle and middle finger and into the nightstand – hit a side wall, but did not penetrate through the wall – subject was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center by medical – bullet was located inside the nightstand – no other person was injured – staff at the resort notified deputy the rooms near the incident location were empty – the firearm was placed into an evidence locker for safekeeping
