TPK (Domestic Battery) Twin Peaks Station – Requesting deputy to Mountains Community Hospital emergency room – subject came into ER today – said her husband assaulted her – RP2 is the sister of subject – sister told her and the family that she fell – got upset at her husband and was going to call the police and make a false report – requesting a deputy to call for further on sister – two days ago, RP3’s mother fell and hit her eye – this morning, RP3 heard her mother went to the ER for her injury – is concerned mother is going to blame RP3’s father – RP3 states mother struggles with mental health issues due to a brain injury – is known to be drunk/high – subject came to Mountains Community seeking pain medication for her back and for being “beat up” – told staff her husband punched her – deputy saw that subject had bruising around her left eye – subject’s story was inconsistent – she said she fell, but wasn’t injured, and that her husband slept in until about 1:00 p.m. – hit her around that time on 11/12/23 – daughter and sister called to say subject was mentally impaired due to two overdoses and was falsely accusing her husband – RP3 showed deputy a call log where she spoke to her father earlier in the morning – father told RP3 at that time that mother fell and had a black eye – subject herself called her mom prior to the reported incident and told her mom she fell the day prior – statements mirrored the others – subject mixed a lot of prescription medications with alcohol and regularly fell – will submit report
CRL (Vehicle Tampering) Alpine Dr – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – sometime between Friday night and Sunday morning, unknown subject(s) used a sharp object to puncture subject’s gas tank of his Ford Ranger pickup truck – drained the gas from the tank – does not have video footage of the incident – when RP had his truck towed, the tow truck driver told RP his tank was punctured and that this was the second Ford Ranger he has towed with the same damage – wanted to advise law enforcement due to this happening to another truck of the same make and model
CRL (Warrant Arrest) Lake Dr/Springwater Rd – Vehicle stopped for no rear plate and no trailer lights – suspect found to have misdemeanor warrant – suspect was cite released in the field – teletype sent for warrant

VOE (Fraud Use Credit Card) Waters Dr – On 11/12/23, victim was checking her bank account transactions – noticed a $40.00 withdrawal on 11/12/23 at approximately 9:24 a.m. at Magic Seven Market’s indoor ATM – market is next to victim’s place of employment – victim did not use ATM there on 11/12/23 – called Arrowhead Credit Union – was told the card was present for the transaction, but victim still has the card in her possession – will follow up to view video surveillance – there are no suspect leads
LAA (Driving W/SUS/RV License) N State Hwy 173/Maple Dr – Vehicle stopped – records check notified deputies that suspect’s license was suspended – suspect cited and released in the field – vehicle towed incident to arrest – teletype sent
CRL (Possession Danger Drugs) Lake Dr/Forest Shade Rd – During pedestrian check outside of Sleepy Hollow in Crestline, suspect was found with suspected methamphetamine – suspect issued a citation for drug charge and released in the field

LAA (Death Investigation) Manzanita Dr – Medical transfer – RP advising his 62-year-old son possibly died in his sleep – RP got up at 7:30 a.m., noticed son not breathing – natural home death – no trauma – subject released to hospital morgue
BLU (Forgery) State Hwy 189 – Sometime between 11/2/23 and 11/15/23, unknown subject(s) intercepted a check made out to One Roofing Solutions for $35,000.00 – altered and endorsed it to themselves
CRL (Driving W/O License) Lake Gregory Dr/Lake Dr – Vehicle stopped for broken headlight and registration expired over six months – driver had expired license – suspect issued cite and released in field – vehicle towed – teletype sent

RSP (Miscellaneous Incident) Hillhaven Rd – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – RP owns property – the property is in the process of development – RP has one neighbor that borders his – recently, the RP has found his property partially graded and a tree missing – RP noticed his neighbor had also graded his property – RP believes neighbor trespassed onto his, went over clear property line markers and “took out” one of the trees on RP’s property – RP did not give neighbor permission to be on or do any grading work on his property – RP is frustrated with his neighbor – believes him to be malicious in disregarding property lines – RP provided before and after photos of his property time stamped in 2020 showing the tree had been taken down – RP will send current photos of his property to deputy – contact provided
BLU (Warrant Arrest) Old Toll Rd – Suspect was contacted during a warrant service – arrested on her felony warrant – booked at CDC without incident
TPK (Domestic Battery) Grandview Rd – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – RP’s husband has been verbally abusing RP – RP states husband said he “is coming for her tonight” – RP is scared for her life – victim and husband were in a physical argument – while driving back home, they argued over leaving early – husband flared his arm back – hit victim in the left bicep – victim’s bicep was bruised

CRL (Grand Theft Auto) S Village Ln – Between 11/17/23 at 7:00 p.m. and 11/18/23 at 7:30 a.m., unknown subject(s) stole RP’s white GMC Sierra pickup – very foggy overnight – no evidence found – will follow up with nearby cameras – area check negative – teletype sent
LAA (Domestic Battery) Saint Anton Dr – CHP transfer – RP and wife are in a fight – RP states he has a gun locked in center console in the car – negative drinking/drugs – states they were arguing over various topics and things escalated – negative injuries – RP states both parties put hands on the other – parties are separated now – subject and victim were married for approximately six years – today, during an argument, subject grabbed the victim’s phone to send the victim’s boss old pictures of him dealing drugs – victim grabbed his phone from her hand and subject turned and punched him under the left eye with her right fist – she then kicked him in his lower back – the victim walked away – called deputies – suspect was arrested for domestic battery – she was booked into CDC – photographs taken – entered into vault
LAA (Drunk in Public) Sunset Dr – Open line – male heard saying “I can’t handle this. Let’s end someone” – second male heard yelling – not answering intake – male advising he is going to be fighting RP – RP refusing to provide information – male saying, “Hurry up, he’s hurting me” – discontinued – RP2 can hear people yelling – subject was drunk and under the influence of marijuana – verbal and physical with father – subject ended up outside of his residence and fighting again, but with neighbors this time – tried to fight his neighbor and his wife – suspect was arrested and transported to CDC without incident – signed cite and was booked

VOE (Domestic Battery) Valley of Enchantment Mobile Home Park – CHP transfer – RP’s girlfriend punched him in the chest twice – contacted both parties at residence – female and RP have been dating for approximately six years – subject admitted she punched the RP during an argument over relationship issues – negative injuries – medical declined – transported suspect to CDC without incident
CRL (Violate Court Order) Alpine Dr – CHP transfer – Suspect got into a verbal argument with subject’s employee – subject (protected party) had a contract for home repairs – suspect came out with a metal object in his hand telling employee not to come back or he’ll see what happens – RP and subject told suspect he was violating the restraining order and had to leave – suspect refused to leave – suspect arrested and booked at CDC

LAA (Resisting Executive Officer) North Bay Rd/Peninsula Dr – CHP transfer – male walking in lanes toward fire station – was yelling profanities at RP – possibly drunk or high – CHP also advised of information – one subject detained – in parking lot of fire station – subject took off his seatbelt – subject kicking door – arrest made – WVDC advised of combative subject
CRL (Assault) Lake Dr – RP requesting medical for a female who came in all bloody – says female does not look like she was shot, but will have bloody face – intake will advise medical – female is standing outside in front of the store – female was drunk – alleged she was assaulted by one to six males at an address which does not exist – all leads investigated – female had minor scrapes to the right side of her face – female transported to St. Bernadine’s hospital by Fire
LAA (Assault) N Old Toll Rd –Daughter-in-law hit RP in the face – subjects are married and live together at location – subject has three grown children that don’t live at residence, one of whom is an involved party – also have two adopted children, aged 4 and 6, and mother living at location – subject pushed her when she came into the bedroom – subject 2 sustained an approximately three-inch scratch to his right cheek – subject 1 had a small cut on her right ring finger – did not know exactly where it came from – did not desire medical treatment – one party taken to a friend’s house – all subjects advised on options for civil remedy – subject called back shortly after deputies left the residence – claimed one of the responding deputies broke the front glass door – wants to file a claim with the County – sergeant contacted subject regarding the claim
