BLU (Warrant Arrest) State Hwy 189 – Transient was sleeping outside – got verbally aggressive with RP and staff for telling her to leave – deputy contacted suspect at Jensen’s – she was found to have multiple warrants – arrested and booked into CDC for her warrants

 

BLU (Warrant Arrest) State Hwy 189/North Bay Rd – White male adult in camo jacket – Orange County warrants confirmed – arrest made – being sent to CDC for warrants

 

CRL (Illegal Entry & Vandalism) Valley View Dr – Sometime between September and today, unknown subject(s) used pieces of chopped wood to make steps up to the second story window of the residence – subject(s) broke the window – entered the residence – RP did not believe anything was taken – residence is mainly empty with junk in the garage – negative video surveillance

 

BLU (Driving W/SUS/RV License) State Hwy 189 – Vehicle stopped for expired registration – driver found to have a suspended/revoked driver’s license – driver cited – vehicle towed

 

CRL (Domestic Battery) Finhaut Dr – CHP transfer – RP scared that her husband might come back and break things – were pushing and arguing earlier – disconnected – said husband just arrived – husband and wife were arguing with each other in front of the residence – husband was gone upon arrival – wife had no visible injuries – spoke with male via phone who advised he was going to Rialto to stay with mom – male denied any physical altercation – report to follow

 

CRL (Violate Court Order) Arbula Dr – Victim has an active restraining order against her son – victim allowed her son to stay at her residence off and on for the last three months – victim discovered a methamphetamine pipe inside son’s room – kicked him out – as son was leaving he took the victim’s dog – son paid for the victim’s dog as a gift sometime in July – after son left the residence, he texted, called and emailed the victim numerous times

TPK (290 Registrant) Twin Peaks Station – New 290 registrant

 

LAA (Vandalism) Victoria Ct – Between last night and 7:00 a.m. today, unknown subject(s) dented RP’s front driver’s side upper door frame – RP did not hear or see anything – RP recently ended a relationship, but could not prove it was her ex-boyfriend – at this time, it is unknown what it would cost to repair the damage – photographs were taken – business card provided

 

LAA (Warrant Arrest) North Bay Rd/Peninsula Dr – Vehicle was stopped for passing vehicle on the left over a double yellow line – arrest made – subject transported to CDC and booked for warrants

 

November 30, 2023

 

LAA (Death Investigation) Breithorn Dr – RP located 46-year-old victim in his bedroom unresponsive – RP last spoke to him at 8:00 a.m. when she asked if he was feeling better from the flu they both had – victim replied “not really” – when phone was ringing for an appointment he had at 11:00 a.m., he didn’t answer – RP went to check on him – she found him unresponsive – victim had hypertension – no other medical issued – coroner transport transported

 

CRL (Lost Property) Deer Trl – RP gets paid in cash – was saving for a vehicle – RP stored his cash inside a book on the bookshelf in his room – on 11/27/23, RP counted the cash and replaced the book – on 11/28/23, RP checked the book and noticed the cash was gone – RP rents a room from his landlord – RP did not want to accuse subject – RP stated nobody knew he was hiding cash in his room – no one has been over to the residence – RP stated he may have misplaced it, but unsure – has searched his entire room – RP stated cash was $4,000.00 total in $100 and $20 bills – stated he would continue to look for money – may contact deputy at later date and time to follow up

 

December 1, 2023

 

VOE (Fraud Use Credit Card) Oak Ln – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – $4,000.00 was taken out of RP’s bank account through online banking – $2,000.00 on 11/28/23 and $2,000.00 on 11/29/23 – RP noticed the withdrawal from his bank account on 11/30/23 – did not give anyone permission to use his bank account – RP notified the bank and reported fraud

 

RIM (Drug Overdose) Scenic Way/Valley View Dr – Deputy spoke with RP at the incident location – unresponsive male was found inside a U-Haul – RP removed subject and called 9-1-1 – subject was breathing and alert after Narcan was administered – Fire transported subject to Mountains Community Hospital – deputies conducted a search of the vehicle – found suspected drug paraphernalia and suspected drugs

 

December 2, 2023

 

LAA (Death Investigation) Buckingham Sq – At 2:00 a.m., RP and wife went to bed – RP woke up to his wife’s phone alarm – RP attempted to wake wife – called 9-1-1 – RP performed CPR until Fire arrived on scene to provide medical aid – no signs of foul play or trauma to the body

 

CRL (Petty Theft) Valley Dr – Unknown subject(s) stole RP’s generator from her yard – incident occurred early morning – valued at $650.00 – red and black in color

 

VOE (Drug Overdose) Waters Dr – Medical en route to 46-year-old male – unresponsive – instructions for RP to give CPR – Fire transporting – subject breathing – OD team responding – multiple medications for multiple back surgeries – transferred to St. Bernardine’s hospital

 

CRL (Obscene Phone Calls) Darfo Dr – Reference previous calls

 

CRL (Tow Request) Lake Dr/Springwater Rd – No report

 

BLU (Driving W/O License) North Bay Rd/State Hwy 189 – Vehicle stopped for headlight out – driver found with expired license – vehicle parked in a parking lot – driver walked home – is waiting for a licensed driver to collect her vehicle

 

December 3, 2023

 

CRL (DUI Over .08%) Lake Dr/Crest Forest Dr – CHP for DUI turnover – vehicle was seen driving with damage to the rear left center of the vehicle – rear left taillight was held on by electrical tape, but functioned – red lens cover to the light was not affixed to the light – it shows a white light to the rear – traffic stop was conducted – strong odor of marijuana emitted from the vehicle – driver admitted to smoking and drinking two drinks prior to leaving the Bear Claw Saloon – field sobriety tests conducted – driver alcohol content was .08% – driver arrested and booked without incident

 

TPK (Driving W/SUS/RV License) State Hwy 189/S Grass Valley Rd – Driver stopped – vehicle searched per probation terms – no contraband found – driver cite released – vehicle released to licensed relative

 

CRL (Lost/Stolen Plate) Lake Dr – Back plate stolen off RP’s vehicle – RP stopped by during a call – said he saw a white male in a black hoodie bend down and unscrew the plate while he was traveling upbound Lake Dr toward Top Town – wasn’t sure if it was suspicious at the time, so he continued driving – male was either in a dark, four-door Honda or BMW

 

CRL (Driving W/O License) Lake Dr – Limited report – arrest made

 

CRL (Burglary) Woodsey Rd – CHP transfer – RP just got home – noticed her home broken into – possibly occurred within the last three days – negative surveillance – front door broken – RP will be out in front of house – residence is clear

 

December 4, 2023

 

RSP (Vandalism) View Dr – CHP transfer – unknown male is in RP’s backyard without shoes throwing items at RP’s residence – all doors and windows are locked – will be black female adult – currently female is stealing firewood – suspect was in the backyard of a residence where she does not live – suspect is on video damaging property – stole items from a vehicle – suspect was arrested and transported to CDC without incident, where she was booked on her charges

 

RSP (Death Investigation) Scandia Dr – Friend checked up on victim today at approximately 1:00 p.m. – victim believed he had COVID-19 and did not feel good – left groceries at the front door – RP came back about three hours later and saw the groceries still at the front door – went inside to check on victim – found victim deceased

 

VOE (Driving W/SUS/RV License) S State Hwy 138/Byron Rd – Suspect blew stop sign while driving north on State Hwy 138/Waters Dr – found to be driving on a suspended license – driver issued a citation for both violations – drove home – suspect’s residence is less than one mile from traffic stop
