For the ninth year, Elf Debbie is ringing her bell outside Stater Bros Market, collecting funds for Operation Provider. The largest and longest operating food bank in the San Bernardino Mountain communities will again this year be providing a Christmas Day dinner and party for families with Santa who will have presents for the children. Operation Provider is seeking volunteers who would like to help cook turkeys and hams and assist in serving the Christmas Day meal at the Elks Club in Rimforest.
