The Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce has announced the results of the 2023 board of directors election. The new directors, elected by a majority vote of the chamber membership, are scheduled to serve a three-year term from 2024 to 2026.

The membership will get to meet the board of directors at the Lake Arrowhead chamber’s annual membership meeting in early 2024.

The newly elected directors are: Derek Bobadilla, Sandra Koos, Brad Lofland, Chad Logan, Paul Medawar, Scott Rindenow, Tricia DuFour and Dr. Ken Witte. They join the current board members: Cecilia Ponce de Leon, Josh Martin, Darren Diess, Jileen Pattison, Corina Colan and Matt Weiss.

Robin Bull, executive director of the Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce, put the board’s leadership into perspective: “I’m excited about the business leaders who’ve been elected; they add vast experience to our board. We have a big agenda in 2024. We’re exploring sustainable funding options for marketing and development of our resort communities, by forming a Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID), and examining other grant opportunities.  We also just established a chamber foundation to expand our impact in economic development, leadership education, workforce development and community revitalization.”

Bull added that “we also wish to thank our retiring directors for their many years of dedicated service, as they turn their focus to their own business development: Louise York, owner of LouEddie’s Pizza ;and Hollee Haines, Esq., assistant general manager of the Inland Empire 66ers.”
