TPK (290 Registrant) Twin Peaks Station – Limited Report

LAA (False Pretense) Arrowhead Villa Rd – In September of 2023 RP hired subject from Facebook to do work at her house – subject requested a deposit of $1,050.00 – RP asked for her money back as subject never completed the work – when RP asked for her money back, subject acted like he would hurt her if she wouldn’t stop asking and leave him alone – RP recently posted on social media about subject – RP found that other people had similar issues with subject – RP found subject also uses alias and has a business page called Saguaro Property Management – RP provided contact to send screen shots of his pages and her messages between them

RSP (False Pretense) Encina Way – In about October of 2023 RP found a person through Facebook to do work for her neighbor – subject offered his “contractor services” – while subject quoted her neighbor’s work, RP asked subject for a quote for work on her own home – subject was eventually “hired” to do the work for RP and requested 50% deposit to begin work – subject would end up not completing the work RP wanted done and would recommend other areas of her home that he could “fix” – RP also gave subject her bank card number – RP allowed subject to take a certain amount to be debited by subject for work on her home – subject took about $4,000.00 more than what was permitted – subject also made a key of RP’s home without her knowledge or permission – RP was reluctant to report due to embarrassment but found additional victims through Facebook – RP provided documentation of subjects business “Saguaro Property Management” and messages between her and him

CRL (Burglary) Cedar Dr – Sometime between about a week ago and 1/9/24 at 10:00 a.m. unknown subject(s) entered victim’s locked home – victim does not live at the home full time and arrived to do work on the house – a kitchen window was shattered and a window upstairs was open with the screen broken – victim found bloody paper towels on a chair and couch in upstairs room – negative surveillance – victim provided contact information to send trespass form to – blood taken for analysis and victim swabbed for reference

RIM (Driving with Suspended/Revoked License) State Hwy 18 – Subject was stopped for out lights – subject was found to be driving with suspended/revoked license – deputy issued citation for suspended California driver license – subject parked car and walked home to get someone with a California driver’s license

LAA (Under the Influence of Drugs) S State Hwy 173 – During deputy’s contact with suspect, he displayed signs and symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance – suspect admitted to smoking meth one-two days prior – suspect was arrested and booked at CDC

CED (Drunk in Public) Lakeview Dr – Suspect was inside driver’s side of vehicle – a 375ML vodka bottle was located with suspect – suspect was unable to perform any field sobriety tests – suspect was not able to care for himself and could not walk on his own – suspect stated he drank “a lot” – deputy arrested suspect and booked him into CDC

CRL (Obscene Phone Calls) The Blind Trl – Victim posted a dog walking flyer in Top Town and received a phone call on 1/11/24 from subject – victim stated she would contact subject at a later date and time – on 1/12/24 subject called victim 16 times – during the phone calls subject called victim obscene curse words – subject left victim two voicemails calling her obscene curse words – victim reported incident to her husband who called subject and asked him to stop – subject then continued to call victim and her husband – deputy conducted an area check for subject at his last known address, his mother’s address and a bar he stated he was at – deputy was unable to locate subject – victim desired prosecution and signed a citizen’s arrest form

CRL (Embezzled Vehicle Report) N State Hwy 138 – U-Haul rented by subject on 12/6/23 and extended rental to 12/29/23 – as of 1/12/24 U-Haul has not been returned and unable to receive call back from subject – called phone provided by subject on U-Haul agreement and left voicemail

LAA (Driving without License) Lakes Edge Rd/Lodge Ln – Vehicle stopped for expired registration – record showed driver had no license – citations issued – vehicle towed

LAA (Search and Rescue) State Hwy 173 – Subjects out hiking – one subject slipped and rolled ankle – air lifted – transfer to Saint Bernardine’s

RSP (Petty Theft) State Hwy 330 – At approximately 12:45 p.m. unknown subjects appeared to have been involved in a traffic collision in front of the location – while waiting for a tow, two unknown males took solar lights from the driveway of the residence and put them in the trunk of their vehicle – subjects were gone when deputy arrived – victim estimates total loss of $100.00

TPK (Driving with suspended/Revoked License) Rose Ln/Lake Forest Dr – Vehicle stopped for out lights, found to be expired as of 1/24/21 – driver found to have suspended license and no insurance – driver issued citation and released – vehicle towed

LAA (Warrant Arrest) Yosemite Dr – Suspect was arrested at his home for his active in-county warrants – upon arriving to the jail suspect revealed a serious leg infection that needed immediate medical attention – according to suspect it was a “scrape” – jail nurses told deputy he had gangrene – deputy transported suspect to Saint Bernardine’s Medical Center – suspect was issued a citation for his active warrant and cite released – advised to seek medical treatment

CRL (DUI Over .08%) Hwy 18/Pine Ave – Vehicle pulled into local gas station and parked against red curb – female driver exited and went into gas station – employee came and advised she smelled of alcohol – deputy contacted the female who smelled of alcohol, had red bloodshot watery eyes and admitted to drinking – female refused field sobriety tests and refused chemical test – female was arrested, transported to CDC – warrant was authored and signed for blood draw – female was booked into CDC without further incident

RSP (Domestic Battery) Spring Dr – Subject one and subject two have been in a dating relationship for about nine months and lived together on and off for about eight months – today an argument ensued over relationship issues – subject one closed a drawer on subject two’s hand which caused the argument to turn physical – both parties were fighting – subject two received multiple physical injuries – subject one was found to be the primary aggressor – subject one was arrested, transferred and booked into CDC without incident

RSP (Psyche Intervention) Valley Oak Dr – Subject did not wish to kill himself, said he texted messages to get back at his ex-wife – did not want to harm himself, and did not wish for any resources – gun taken for safekeeping

CRL (Adult Protective Services Follow Up) Pioneer Camp Rd – Limited Report

CRL (Paraphenalia) Lake Dr/Lake Gregory Dr – Subject was found to have drug paraphernalia – subject was cited and released in field

CRL (Vandalsim) Lake Dr – Subject walked by business and hit two windows with his elbow, breaking both windows – estimated repair cost for windows was $600.00 – subject was identified via video surveillance 

CRL (Domestic Battery) Scenic Dr – On Monday January 15, 2024, deputy was dispatched in reference to a domestic dispute – victim and subject have been in a dating relationship for 13 years and married for three – they share two children together – today subject slammed victim’s head into refrigerator and pointed a fake gun at victim after argument about their children – upon deputy’s arrival, subject left location and his whereabouts are unknown at this time – deputy authored a warrant for subject that was signed by Honorable Judge Kyle Brodie

CRL (Driving with Suspended/Revoked License) Lake Dr/Lake Gregory Dr – Vehicle stopped for out headlight – driver found to be suspended – citation issued – notice of suspension issued
