January 16, 2024

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Crestline Rd/S State Hwy 138 – Vehicle stopped for out lights – registration check showed driver had a $1,000.00 warrant – citation issued for warrant and for expired registration

LAA (Burglary) Lakes Edge Rd – Sometime between late December 2023 and now, unknown subject(s) forced open the second floor front door and first floor rear door – interior of residence was ransacked and numerous drawers were opened and appeared to be rifled through – RP received a phone call on 1/14/24 from a neighbor who advised the rear door was opened – neighbor secured the door and notified the RP – RP believed contractors may have left door open – on 1/16/24 RP contacted contractors who advised they never made entry and the doors were closed – unknown what was stolen from residence – RP advised she will come to residence on 1/19/24 to inventory residence – no video surveillance – no suspect leads – RP stated contractor would come by the residence to secure the doors 

CRL (Driving with Suspended/Revoked License) Lake Dr/Rocky Dell Dr – Vehicle stopped for out lights – record check showed driver was driving with a suspended license – driver was issued a citation and his vehicle was towed

LAA (Fraud Use Credit Card) West Shore Rd – On January 16, 2023, subject discovered a fraudulent transaction on his Wells Fargo credit card for $1,855.31 from SQ Plumbing that was posted on December 15, 2023 – subject hired a plumbing company by the name of North Star Plumbing on December 13, 2023 – work was completed on December 15, 2023 – subject gave his credit card information to an employee of the company, who was later identified and authorized the $1,862.96 – subject contacted the manager of North Star Plumbing on January 16, 2024, and advised him of the additional charge – manager told subject that the employee was terminated on January 11, 2024, due to additional complaints of fraudulent charges on customer credit cards – subject provided deputy with the contact information of North Star Plumbing – deputy made telephone contact with the general manager and advised that the employee was fired on January 11, 2024, and a keep peace call was entered with the Rancho Cucamonga Station – a deputy responded to the business and arrested employee for carrying a dirk and dagger while on probation

LAA (Paraphernalia) Rim of the World HS – Deputy contacted suspect walking east on Hwy 18 – during investigation, subject was found to be in possession of a pipe consistent with methamphetamine use – suspect was arrested and transported to CDC

RSP (Robbery Strong Arm) Wild Oak Dr – on 1/16/24 RP found three phones in the snow at his workplace – two of the phones appeared to be “burner phones” and one was an iPhone – RP took iPhone home and made a Facebook post regarding the found iPhone – RP plugged the phone in to charge it – at about 4:30 p.m., RP was approached by three subjects – subjects drove to incident location in a Cadillac sedan, plate ran – two of the subjects approached RP and confronted him about the phones – RP retrieved the phone and gave it back to the subjects – after returning the phone the suspects started to punch RP multiple times – RP ran back into his residence and the subjects returned to their vehicle – subjects drove down the street, exited the vehicle and returned to RP’s wife’s vehicle – subjects threw a rock and a floor jack at the RP’s wife’s vehicle, shattering front windshield – RP estimated damages to be $500.00 – video surveillance of subjects fleeing the scene provided by neighbor – bystander also captured photo of subjects’ vehicle license plate – RP denied meds

CRL (Conspiracy Report) Skyland Dr – Limited Report

CRL (Miscellaneous Incident) Lake Dr – Fire Engine 25 was called referencing a small warming fire on the side property of the incident location – while Fire exited the fire, they heard movement from inside buildup – a male subject wearing a motorcycle helmet exited – Fire felt he was trespassing and called for deputies – deputies arrived and saw subject near the lower level build-up door – when asked to come over to speak to deputies, subject ran inside and locked doors – deputies pulled on the security door and opened the door – subject was told to get on the ground – subject complied and was handcuffed without incident – deputies spoke to mother on phone – she advised subject lives at the location and has documentation to show proof – mother arrived a short time later and emailed a copy of the rental agreement allowing subject to stay at the residence

TPK (290 Registrant) Twin Peaks Station – Limited Report

RSP (Domestic Battery) Panorama Dr – RP called after his girlfriend hit him multiple times during an argument – upon arrival, victim did not want deputy assistance but stated he was hit and suffered from a superficial laceration next to his eye – victim attempted to block deputies from speaking with girlfriend and both were placed in handcuffs for their safety – the girlfriend admitted she hit victim and was arrested and transported to CDC

RSP (P/M/S Dangerous Weapons) Circle View Dr – Limited Report

RIM (Paraphernalia) Pine Ave – Subject was contacted while slumped over in driver’s seat at the gas pump – meth pipe observed next to driver’s seat – citation issued and subject released on scene without incident

CRL (Terrorist Threats) Lake Dr – On 1/9/24 subject went to victim’s workplace and threatened to kill her with firearm – subject held a gun case up to the window and showed victim the case – an employee witnessed subject hold the case up to the window and a gun and ammunition fell out of the case on the ground – victim did not report incident because she was scared – on 1/18/24 victim reported incident to law enforcement because she was afraid for her life

CRL (Vandalism) Shady Dell – RP owns a second home at the incident location and is there part time – sometime between December 23 and now unknown subject damaged her window – damage appears to have been caused by a small object – possibly a pellet gun – no video surveillance at location

LAA (Miscellaneous Incident) Bishorn Dr – Limited Report

TPK (290 Registrant) Twin Peaks Station – Limited Report

BLU (Vandalism) State Hwy 189 – RP broke up with her ex-boyfriend 10 days ago – ex told RP he wanted to see their child and stated he would take their child – RP believed ex slammed chair into her screen door, causing damage to the screen – RP last saw her screen three days ago and has not been out of the house – incident occurred sometime between 1/16/24 and 1/19/24 – RP estimated damage to be $300.00 – no video surveillance available – deputy attempted a phone call with ex with negative answer

CRL (Assault With Weapon) Crest Forest Dr – Victim spoke to his neighbor near a fence on access road – subject drove his truck past victim and swerved the vehicle toward him – victim felt swerving the vehicle was intentional and tried to hit him

VOE (Missing Person) Davidson Ln – Daughter last spoke to father on 1/12/24 at 7:57 p.m. via text – daughter came home and found father’s wallet, keys and other belongings in the residence and could not find father – doors were locked, unknown whereabouts of father – no answer to phone – hospitals were negative – father has multiple guns, all accounted for except one Glock 42 – no known plan to harm himself – father diagnosed with depression and PTSD – no additional leads

CRL (Felony Spouse Abuse) Bowl Rd – Suspect and victim are in a dating relationship and have a child in common – on 1/19/24 they were in a verbal argument over suspect leaving to go back to South Carolina – during the argument, suspect pushed, punched and choked victim – victim had several red marks on her throat – suspect was located behind the residence in the woods – arrested without incident – suspect was booked at CDC

CRL (Assault) Hilltop Liquor – Victim was punched in the face one time by subject – desired prosecution – subject confirmed home address – not home

RIM (Drunk in Public) State Hwy 18/Bear Springs Rd – Suspect was found at the Valero extremely drunk and unable to care for herself – suspect was slurring her words and had trouble walking without assistance – subject was arrested and taken to CDC without incident

RSP (Miscellaneous Incident) Old City Creek Rd – Male telling female to shut up – cussing – male making comments of female hitting him – female calling male a liar – both parties telling each other to shut up – unable to tell if more than two parties – line went silent – transfer from CHP – male telling female to get out – female advising she will get out – heard a podcast/radio or GPS voice as well – line disconnected – last location showing City Creek Rd

RIM (Lost Property) Bear Springs Rd – RP moved sometime approximately five to six years ago to current address – during the move he packed his birth certificate and a green Mexican passport in a box – this week due to job purposes he needed his passport and passport was no longer in box – Mexican Consulate asked for report for a new passport

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Finhaut Dr – Around 5:24 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. noticed a rusted color Dodge Durango station wagon parked in front of RP’s rental property – passenger exited vehicle and started taking pictures – vehicle then took off and parked in the driveway of RP’s neighborhood home – will be same neighbor RP has a restraining order against – RP found it unusual and is requesting deputy contact for report – deputy spoke with RP referencing ongoing problem – restrained suspect found to have outstanding warrant – suspect arrested 

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Lake Gregory Dr/Lake Dr – Vehicle stopped for tampered license plate – no reflective coating – driver admitted to never having been issued a driver’s license and a record check confirmed – record check also found driver to have an active warrant – driver issued citations and released.
