Four arrested for maintaining drug house in Twin Peaks

Deputies from the Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station investigated reports of illegal drug activity at a residence located on the 26000 block of Boulder Lane, Twin Peaks.

On Monday, Feb. 5, 2024, deputies served a search warrant at the above location and seized evidence that indicated the residence was being maintained to use and sell illegal narcotics. The following persons, all residents of Twin Peaks, were arrested and booked into jail:

Andrew Loften (60) was arrested for HS 11366 (maintaining/operating a drug house), HS 11377 (possession of methamphetamine) and HS 11364 (possession of drug paraphernalia).

Carlos Jimenez (36) and Jude Siva (32) were arrested for HS 11364 (possession of drug paraphernalia) and outstanding warrants. Elizabeth Rodriguez (24) was arrested for HS 11364 (possession of drug paraphernalia), PC 148 (obstruct, delay, resist arrest), and an outstanding felony warrant.
