LAA (Keeping of Property) Matterhorn Dr – RP was told he will be served a domestic violence restraining order at court today and needs to surrender his guns and ammo – first location is his parents where four guns are locked up with a combo number – there is a Colt, M&P, Mosquito and Glock – second location where he lives – guns submitted for safekeeping

RIM (P/M/S Dangerous Weapons) Hwy 18 – Investigators from the Twin Peaks Station conducted an extensive investigation regarding drug activity at a residence located at Hwy 18 in Rimforest – on Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2024, investigators from the Twin Peaks Station authored and served a search warrant – during the service of the search warrant, deputies located drug paraphernalia, LSD, psilocybin mushrooms, marijuana, cash in various denominations and a firearm – suspect was arrested for possession of drugs while armed and maintaining/operation of a drug house – suspect was booked at CDC

TPK (Driving with Suspended/Revoked License) Clubhouse Dr/Grass Valley – Vehicle stopped for no stoplights – suspect had suspended/revoked license and three outstanding warrants – suspect was cited and booked on his warrants at CDC – vehicle parked in dental office lot

LAA (Psyche Interview) Stater Bros – Subject missed his bus and was stranded at Stater Bros – Fire assisted with a lift into deputies unit – subject didn’t have good health to get himself into the vehicle – deputy helped subject into his house – living conditions were poor – subject has an IHHS person visit every three days but needs more assistance by deputies estimation

CRL (Driving Without License) Lake Gregory Dr/San Moritz Dr – Vehicle stopped for expired registration – driver found to have expired license – driver issued citation and vehicle towed

CRL (Violation Court Order) Finhaut Dr – RP has restraining order against subject – this morning at approximately 9:00 a.m. subject is seen operating a snow blower on his property and blowing snow directly at RP’s residence – RP feels this act was intentional

CRL (Driving Without License) Lake Dr/Forest Shade Rd – Vehicle stopped for no tabs of expiration – driver only had ID – driver was issued citation and vehicle was towed

CRL (Grand Theft) Big Tree Ln – RP stated she had purchased furniture from Bobs Furniture – furniture was delivered to her house on 1/12/24 at about 1:30 p.m. – Bobs contracts out to having a company deliver the furniture – J.A.F Delivery Services arrived and had a mattress placed upstairs and a couch in the basement – at one point subject went upstairs by himself to take a picture of the mattress – subject was upstairs for about three to five minutes – RP believes at this time subject stole her laptop and camera – RP does not have proof and has not had anyone in her house since this incident – RP has also checked the house if it was misplaced and has been unable to locate it – RP was given the subject’s information from the company – no video at residence – RP will be sending via email the laptop and camera info

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Lake Dr/Forest Shade Rd – Suspect was arrested on his active warrant – suspect was citation released at Saint Bernadine’s hospital

CRL (Felony Spouse Abuse) State Hwy 18 – Following an incident that happened in San Bernardino, suspect followed or tracked victim and his girlfriend to a restaurant in Crestline – suspect assaulted the two victims – suspect attempted to break victim’s driver vehicle window and fled in her vehicle – warrant authored for her arrest and issued with no bail

 February 10, 2024

CRL (DUI Over .08%) State Hwy 18/Lake Gregory Dr – Vehicle stopped for out lights – driver admitted to drinking and having an open container in his vehicle – field sobriety tests conducted – driver found to be over the legal limit to operate a vehicle and was arrested – vehicle towed by Mountain Tow – transported and booked at CDC without incident – male gave five star review for treatment and conduct of deputy during contact

BLU (Driving Without License) Daley Cyn/Hwy 189 – Driver of vehicle did not stop at a posted stop sign at the intersection of Daley Canyon/State Hwy 189 – driver did not have a valid driver’s license nor insurance – driver was cited for violations – driver signed his citation number promising to appear in court on the day and time on citation – vehicle was released to registered owner

CRL (Domestic Battery) Tyrol Dr – Suspect and victim were in a dating relationship for about a year – both were drunk and had an argument – during argument suspect pulled victim’s hair and choked her – victim scratched suspect in face as he choked her – both sustained minor injuries – suspect arrested

CRL (Assault with Injuries) Stockade Restaurant – Suspect and Subject one were in a verbal argument in front of Stockade bar when Subject one punched suspect once in the face, knocking him to the ground unconscious – Subject one punched Suspect three more times in the face while he was on the ground – an employee of the bar, Subject two, attended to suspect and gave him a ride home – during the ride suspect became confused and agitated accusing Subject two of being the one who assaulted him – suspect then punched Subject two’s vehicles windshield several times, breaking the glass, causing $625.00 in damage – Subject two stopped the vehicle – suspect got out and Subject two drove away leaving suspect on the side of the road – Subject two was gone on arrival and has not been contacted – during deputy’s investigation, deputy was flagged down referencing a drunk suspect who was attempting to get in a vehicle which did not belong to him – deputy contacted suspect who was extremely intoxicated, had urinated on himself, was alone and had no way home – suspects arrested and transported to CDC

CED (Driving with Suspended/Revoked License) N State Hwy 173/Emerald Dr – Limited Report 

CRL (Felony Spouse Abuse) Wildwood Ln – On Sunday, Feb. 11, 2024, deputy was assigned to the Twin Peaks Patrol Division from the hours of 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. – deputy wore a class “A” uniform and drove a marked sheriff’s patrol vehicle – at about 8:23 p.m. deputy was dispatched to the block of Wildwood Ln in reference to a domestic disturbance – upon arrival the suspected, later identified suspect stood outside awaiting deputy contact – suspect under Miranda interview told deputy he placed his wife of one year in a chokehold – suspect and victim argued over a broken window incident – based on information deputy gathered suspect was arrested for domestic battery – deputy transported suspect to CDC without incident

CRL (Attempted Burglary) Bernard Dr – Suspect lives at location with owner of the house and is not permitted to be in victim’s downstairs bedroom without him present – on 2/11/24 between 6:45 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. suspect attempted to force her way into victim’s bedroom to food victim had stored in his bedroom – suspect used her shoulder to ram against the locked door, causing damage to the door near the door handle, rendering the door broken – victim desired prosecution for the crime – while attempting to arrest suspect she pulled away from deputy and resisted arrest – suspect refused to listen to deputy’s commands, fell to the ground and continued to resist – suspect was taken into custody after a short struggle with no injuries

CRL (Assault) Lake Dr – Advising of subjects in lot fighting, unknown how many fighting – negative weapons seen – additional RP advising subjects are physically fighting in front of business – RP is staff, says subjects were kicked out for touching staff members – subjects are drunk, no weapons seen – male yelling at subjects to stop fighting and chill, not answering – two subjects were physically fighting and now verbally arguing with each other – will be two Hispanic male adults 40 years old – advising of two subjects fighting, possibly more – female got involved and head hurt – RP attempted to break it up and got thrown to the ground – subjects attempting to choke each other – advising of language barriers – RP advising staff and other customers inside business with doors locked – advising physical is off and on – advising female now fighting as well and rolled under vehicle, now full on fighting – female involved punching, someone punched in head, someone punched in kidneys – RP sees deputies, advising she will stay inside in case deputies need to speak with her – multiple subjects involved in a physical altercation – all were released to a responsible party

LAA (Found Property) Arrowhead Villa Rd – RP found a wallet this morning – she had to go to work so she has it with her at UCLA conference center – wallet recovered

RSP (290 Registrant) Encina Way – Limited Report

CRL (Tow Request) 575 Dart Canyon Ct – RP says there is somebody illegally on property near his – parked his car near neighbor’s gate and appears to be living out of it – has expired Illinois plates

CRL (Possession of Controlled Substance) Crestline Rd/S State Hwy 138 – Vehicle was stopped for driving without headlights – driver had expired license – driver was detained and secured in patrol unit – small amount of methamphetamine was located in the vehicle – driver was citation released on scene
