Drugs, weapons, and valuables on table, seized evidence.

Investigators from the Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station conducted an extensive investigation regarding drug activity at a residence located in the 24000 block of Ocean View Drive in Crestline.

On Thursday, Feb. 29, 2024, investigators authored and served a search warrant at the residence. During the service of the search warrant, investigators located over three pounds of suspected methamphetamine, about one ounce of suspected fentanyl, a large amount of cash, drug paraphernalia, a firearm, a baton, a sap and stolen property.

Steven Hansel Fritts – a 59-year-old resident of Crestline – was arrested for HS 11378 (possession of drugs for sale) and PC 29800(a)(1) (felon in possession of a firearm). Fritts was booked into the Central Detention Center.
