ARB (Lost Property) State Hwy 18/Green Valley Rd – RP’s wallet fell out of his vehicle when he got out to see the snow – RP retraced steps and did not find it – no activity on cards inside wallet – did not put teletype since no identification is from USA – all Mexican IDs

TPK (Miscellaneous Incident) Twin Peaks Station – Subject has been allowed inside RP’s residence only to use the restroom – admitted he was in her bedroom unsupervised – her old cellphone was taken from her bedroom – RP believes subject took it and is using phone as part of his Internet sabotage

TPK (Warrant Arrest) Twin Peaks Station – Subject came into station to take care of his warrant

CRL (False Vehicle Registration) Forest Shade Rd/Lake Dr – Vehicle displayed false tabs – driver and sole occupants admitted to printing out false tab online

TPK (Keeping of Property) Karenken Pines Dr – RP found handgun which belonged to her deceased father – RP wanted to turn in the handgun for destruction

LAA (Grand Theft Auto) Yellowstone Dr – RP requesting contact at location referencing his vehicle being stolen from location – vehicle impounded by CHP

LAA (Lost/Stolen Plate) N Grass Valley Rd – Between 10:30 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. on 2/2/24 license plate from trailer fell off – CHP completed and teletype sent 

RSP (Miscellaneous Incident) Spring Oak Dr – Victim’s mother called on his behalf saying ex-girlfriend was driving by incident location to menace him – both victim and ex-girlfriend are on incident location title and allowed to be there – subsequent SNS revealed an unserved temporary DVRO with an immediate move out order – deputy read ex-girlfriend the terms of DVRO and advised of hearing date – victim gathered his possessions and left residence – some of victim’s property still in residence – provided with dispatch and later walked residence

CRL (Driving without License) Lake Dr/Friendly Ln – Stopped vehicle for driving through stop sign – driver cited and passenger drove home

ARB (Felony Spouse Abuse) Porcupine Ln – Suspect and victim have been married for approximately two years – suspect and victim were in an argument in the kitchen at the incident location – suspect choked victim, causing her to almost pass out – suspect also slammed victim’s head against the floor three times – victim sustained redness and scratches to her neck and left forearm

TPK (290 Registrant) Twin Peaks Station – 290 annual registration

CRL (Driving Without License) Lake Gregory Dr/Lake Dr – Vehicle stopped for lack of license plates – driver and sole occupant found to have expired license – driver parked vehicle at skatepark plot and waited for licensed driver to pick up vehicle

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Lake Gregory Dr – Deputy contacted subject at residence for warrant – subject attempted to look up original citation on court website – signed citation and released in field

CRL (Miscellaneous Incident) Delle Dr – Subject works nights and was taking a nap before work – subject locked herself and her three children in her room with her – subject’s 9-year-old is autistic – child took subject’s keys and went outside to play with his younger siblings – passersby saw children playing next to the road and stopped when witness approached the children – subject’s son ran off towards 7-Eleven and wouldn’t stop – witness followed child to 7-Eleven and police were called – subject woke up at about 5:00 p.m. and immediately started looking for her children – subject told her brother-in-law, who lived upstairs, to go look for the children at about 5:07 p.m. – subject then called 911 about 5:20 p.m. – children reunited with mom – deputy provided social worker info for resources to help with special needs children

GVL (Domestic Battery) Green Valley Lake Rd – Ex-husband slapped RP – ex does not live at location, was doing child exchange – per court orders it is his turn to take children – negative weapons/drinking – RP said he pushed her – RP pushed him back, then he stepped on her foot and slapped her – children do not want to go with him because they witnessed him slapping RP – RP said she does not want to press charges, just wants him to leave and he is refusing – male is leaving – children refused to go with him

CRL (Discharge Firearm) N State Hwy 138 – Sometime between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on 2/23/24, a bullet penetrated RP’s hood – top down – bullet was found in engine block – no damage other than hole in hood – RP did not hear any gunshots during the day and did not have any hostile encounters – throughout the day vehicle was parked in Redlands and in Moreno Valley – RP uncertain where or when he took the round – bullet taken and will secure as evidence – no additional leads

CRL (Domestic Battery) Faulhorn Dr – Suspect and victim were involved in an argument off and on for about five hours – starting around 5:00 p.m. during the argument suspect was standing in front of victim who was sitting on edge of bed – suspect took her right hand and punched in a downward motion striking victim in genital area causing pain – when victim went to bed, suspect went into bedroom and woke up victim – suspect poured whiskey on the head and face of victim – suspect was transported to CDC without incident

 February 24, 2024

LAA (Under Influence of Drugs) Birchwood Dr/Oakwood Dr – Deputy contacted suspect during a call for service – suspect was in driveway of his residence on the driver’s seat – suspect was slumped over and appeared unconcious – deputy observed drug paraphernalia in suspect’s hands – suspect appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance during contact – suspect was detained and booked into CDC without incident

CRL (Possession of Narcotics) Crest Forest Dr/Fern Dr – Driver is slumped over with foot on brake – one detained – ammo located in vehicle – fentanyl located inside not ammo

CRL (Grand Theft) Woodland Rd – RP’s travel trailer was parked on road’s edge in front of RP’s address at approximately 11:30 a.m. – subject identified was seen pulling up to trailer in his Chevy Silverado bearing California license plate – subject hooked up trailer and left incident location – subject was contacted at his residence – subject advised he was told that RP needed his trailer moved because it was tagged with a 72-hour tag – subject to trailer to “ranch” – deputies arrived and subject showed deputies where trailer was dropped off – stated RP was allowed to get his trailer – RP trailer was returned to him

SIL (Under Influence of Drugs) Silverwood Lake – Deputy assisted State Parks with a disturbance of the peace – during contact male gave several fake names and birthdays and acted unusual – through fingerprints was able to identify suspect who exhibited signs and symptoms of being under the influence – deputy attempted to conduct field sobriety tests – suspect did not cooperate – suspect was arrested and booked into WVDC

RIM (Warrant Arrest) Hwy 18/Rim of the World Dr – Vehicle stopped for lack of display of tabs – driver found to be borrowing vehicle and had an active warrant – driver was cited and released into field – vehicle is parked and registered owner is en route to pick up vehicle

CRL (Keeping of Property) Crestline Rd – Ammo was located by RP while doing yard work – ammo collected for destruction – ammo had discoloration and weathering

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Pioneer Camp Rd/Friendly Ln – Limited Report

CRL (Driving with Suspended/Revoked License) Knapps CTF/S State Hwy 138 – Limited Report

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Nob Place/Seeley Dr – Subject cited and released in the field for his active misdemeanor warrant – teletype entered

BLU (False Vehicle Registration) State Hwy 189/North Bay Rd – Limited Report

RSP (Assault) Palo Alto Way – Deputy spoke with both parties – verbal fight over dog escalated into a physical fight – subject one alleged subject two pushed and punched him and subject one did not push or strike subject two – subject two alleged subject one pushed him and in self defense punched subject one, one time in the head – subject one desired prosecution at time of call – subject one signed an AMA with Fire – both parties advised of restraining order process

TPK (Death Investigation) Cedarbrook Dr – Subject was distraught over marital issues and was verbally arguing with his wife – subject was found deceased

CRL (488 Retail) B & L Liqour – White male adult stole five bottles of liquor from location one day ago – has video surveillance and photo of subject – total approximately $100.00 – left location on foot going southbound toward Alder

CRL (Burglary) Lakeview Dr – On Thursday 2/22/24 between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.  unknown subjects entered victim’s residence through an unlocked window – victim did not notice anything missing until she went downstairs on 2/25/24 and observed her downstairs door open – presents missing valued at approximately $150.00 – no suspect leads

CRL (Warrant Arrest) State Hwy 18/Lake Gregory Dr – Suspect was stopped for faulty vehicle lighting and had the odor of alcohol – suspect slurred his words and had alcohol bottles in his vehicle – field sobriety tests conducted and determined he was DUI – suspect arrested and booked into CDC without incident – female passenger was arrested for an outstanding warrant

February 26, 2024

CRL (Vandalism) Arbula Dr – Between 1/25/24 at approximately 1:00 p.m. and 1/26/24 8:00 a.m. and unknown subject damaged RP’s front windshield – a rock and a piece of tree branch was located near RP’s vehicle – vehicle was parked on the side of the road above RP’s residence – no suspect leads – no video cameras in area – estimated repair cost was $600.00

LAA (Assault) Burnt Mill Rd – Deputy contacted subject one at front door of residence extremely drunk – deputy contacted subject two asleep in bedroom – subject one owned residence and allowed subject two to stay on couch – negative relationship – altercation between the two occurred after subjects consumed several alcoholic beverages – conflicting statements – both declined meds and were cordial with each other – negative firearms used – both agreed to stay apart
