LAA (Burglary) John Muir Rd – Sometime between 3/11/24 at 6:00 p.m. and 3/12/45 at 7:45 a.m., unknown subject(s) entered the residence – stole approximately $2,810.00 in tools, air compressor, Husky lights, a multi-tool for wood cutting, five Makita hand grinders, a Voltec commercial temp power spider box splitter – no one had permission to enter the residence or take any property from the residence
LAA (Possession Danger Drugs) Pioneer/Rocky Rd – During a contact with suspect for an active warrant, he was found to be in possession of a white crystal substance suspected to be methamphetamine – suspect arrested and booked at CDC
CPP (False Pretense) Arwood Ln – RP was scammed on a phone call from a person stating they were from the trust investigations department – informed the RP her account had been hacked – RP gave caller all banking information – total is $20,000.00 as of now

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Jungfrau Dr – Subject cite released with a new court date – warrant was issued back in 2021
CRL (Warrant Arrest) Lake Dr/Pioneer Way – Vehicle was stopped for failure to stop at a stop sign – driver was found to be driving without a license – passenger was found to have an active warrant – both were cited – vehicle was towed – teletype sent
RSP (Warrant Arrest) All View Dr – RP asking for her son to be removed from the home – male heard arguing in the background – not providing any further information – son is known to use drugs – deputy spoke with suspect outside the residence – suspect had three active warrants out of Ventura County – suspect was arrested and booked into CDC – Ventura County advised
CRL (Warrant Arrest) Big Oak Rd – RP’s son is verbally aggressive at location – told son to clean up yard – son became argumentative – father going to kick 55-year-old son out if he doesn’t stop fighting with RP – verbal only – no drinking/drugs – son is inside throwing things around – RP is locked in the bedroom – believes son will cooperate with deputies – records check showed suspect had an active warrant – he was arrested on the warrant and booked into CDC

RIM (Vandalism) E Blackfoot Trl – Deputy spoke with suspect outside the incident location – suspect wore a yellow hat and gray flannel with a red T-shirt underneath – matched the description of subject – during investigation, camera(s) captured suspect walking toward the victim’s residence with a rock in his hand – suspect threw the rock and shattered the window – a few moments later, suspect returned with another rock and shattered a second window – suspect walked away from the camera – pointed the middle finger at the camera – as deputy drove suspect to CDC, he spontaneously said, “I broke the windows, but I’ll pay for them.” – owner of the property estimated a total of $8,500.00 in damages – suspect arrested and booked into CDC

CPP (Theft by Fraud) Triangle Nook Rd – RP called the Robinhood company via the app – states a female employee picked up and advised RP to download app so they can take control of RP’s phone – subject then transferred $589.00 out of RP’s Chase account into Robinhood – then subject transferred the money into a coin based account – RP states Chase refunded her money, but Robinhood states RP owes $589.00 – victim will send document for report
CRL (Paraphernalia) Bernard Dr – RP’s live-in housekeeper has schizophrenic, bipolar disorder and used methamphetamine today – wants deputies to evaluate for mental health – female is in violation of probation – suspect did not meet 5150 requirement – suspect on felony probation – during search of her room, deputy located a glass pipe with white/black residue used to smoke meth – suspect arrested and booked at CDC
RSP (Domestic Battery) Deep Creek Dr – Victim and suspect have dated for approximately 14 years – victim and suspect argued inside the residence – victim stated suspect was intoxicated and upset with victim – he pushed her multiple times – victim stated suspect hit her behind the head – victim had a cut on her right index finger and a small laceration near her chin – victim denied medical attention – did not want prosecution – deputy arrested and booked suspect into CDC on his charge

LAA (Death Investigation) Sandalwood Dr – RP believes grandfather has passed – 77-year-old subject found unresponsive – had multiple medical issues – released to family
CRL (Violate Court Order) Horst Dr – Victim has a restraining order against son – victim and his residence are protected party – subject was located five feet from the residence – victim asked subject to leave – suspect was arrested and booked into CDC for the court order violation
GVL (Search & Rescue) Holcomb Creek Dr – CHP transfer – RP’s husband got lost while snowshoeing with RP and a friend – called RP at 1:46 p.m. advising he was approaching campground – phone died mid-conversation – friend went back out, but could not track husband’s tracks – SAR team will deploy on Razor – fresh impressions leading eastbound from the Crabflats campground – prints lost in thick snow – K9 is tracking scent and visual track northeast on 3N16 – SAR team out with subject – advising he is clear, but will need to evacuate him medically – subject back with Sno-Cat – all SAR members and K9 unit are out of the field – subject checked by medical and released to his wife

RSP (Paraphernalia) Whispering Pines Dr/Palo Alto Way – Pedestrian check on suspect was conducted on the intersection of Whispering Pines and Palo Alto – during a consent pat-down, suspect admitted to having a suspected methamphetamine pipe – a glass pipe with a bulbous end was located in suspect’s left front pocket – the pipe has white and brown residue consistent with a suspected meth pipe – suspect was cite-released for violation
CRL (Warrant Arrest) Pioneer Camp Rd/Friendly Ln – While conducting foot patrol, deputy contacted suspect in front of his residence – suspect told deputy that he had not taken care of his warrant – a records check revealed that suspect had an active County warrant – a pat-down search of suspect was conducted for weapons – deputy issued suspect a citation for his active warrant – teletype was sent for the new court date
CRL (Driving W/O License) Lake Dr/Wildrose Ln – Traffic stop conducted – driver and sole occupant of the vehicle identified himself – a records check revealed that suspect did not have a valid driver’s license – deputy issued a citation for violation – suspect cite-released in the field – suspect left his vehicle parked in parking lot – deputy witnessed suspect walk home
RSP (Death Investigation) Luring Pines Cir – RP was asked by the subjects to check on her brother who had not been heard from since Tuesday, 3/12/24 – when RP arrived, they noticed his two dogs on the front porch – found subject unresponsive – coroner transported for further examination
VOE (Tow Request) Waters Dr/Log Ln – Deputy conducted a vehicle check on a black Dodge near Waters Dr/Log Ln – a records check revealed the registration was expired over eight years – vehicle towed – teletype sent for towed/stored vehicle – vehicle inventory conducted – miscellaneous tools located inside the vehicle – a generator was located in the bed of the truck – no other items of great value located
TPK (Domestic Battery) Rose Ln – Victim states she was in an argument with her boyfriend of five months due to their living conditions at home – victim wanted to stay in the vehicle to stay warm – suspect walked to victim’s door, opened it, grabbed her by the foot and pulled her out of the vehicle – victim hit her head on the cement floor – domestic violence information was given to victim – suspect left the location in a blue Toyota sedan – deputy located vehicle – suspect made a spontaneous statement stating that he forcefully pulled his girlfriend of one month out of the vehicle by her leg after an argument – suspect’s statement was consistent with the victim’s statement given to assisting deputies – suspect was arrested
BLU (Warrant Arrest) State Hwy 189/North Bay Rd – Suspect found walking in the area – suspect known to have active warrant – cite released in the field

TPK (Possession Narcotics) Strawberry Ldg/State Hwy 189 – During a call for service, male identified and found to be in possession of cocaine – he also admitted to being under the influence – arrested – after a medical check at ARMC – he was issued a citation and booked into CDC
CPP (Burglary) Jobs Peak Rd – Between 3/4/24 and 3/11/24, unknown subject(s) entered the property and forced entry into three buildings on the property – an estimated $20,000.00 in various power tools missing, $3,000.00 in repair costs for the doors, $800.00 for a broken window and $90,000.00 in replacement for copper wiring stolen – no video surveillance or additional leads
CRL (Grand Theft Auto) Arth Dr – CHP transfer – RP states brother took mother’s vehicle from location – states he has driven the vehicle in the past – per mother, she has told suspect he cannot drive the vehicle anymore – all parties live at location – mother is registered owner of the vehicle – she is not at location – unknown license plate – subject took vehicle about five minutes ago – unknown where he was going – RP unable to give clothing description – mother desires prosecution against her son
CRL (Domestic Battery) State Hwy 138 – RP in Twin Peaks Station – victim and her boyfriend of three years were involved in a verbal argument over infidelity issues – victim left the location – spent the night in a hotel – victim returned home the next day and talked it over with her boyfriend – on Sunday, 3/17/24, victim and subject once again argued over infidelity problems – subject pinned the victim against the wall twice and pushed her to the ground once – at the time of the call, subject’s whereabouts are unknown – ongoing investigation
CRL (Assault W/Weapon) B & L Liquor – RP was at location getting a juice when she observed a male passed out inside the walk-in cooler – RP asked if the employee knew the subject – she replied it was her man and not to worry about him – unknown male exited the cooler and told the RP to mind her own business and leave the store – male followed RP outside where he struck RP in the right jaw with a full glass bottle of Malibu rum – victim sustained redness and soreness to her jaw – was taken to the hospital for X-rays – owner of B & L provided video with audio of the altercation and another employee identified the male – did not know his last name – photos from the employee’s Facebook were emailed to a photograph recognition system in an attempt to identify him – subject has not been identified – further investigation needed
VOE (Miscellaneous Incident) Cedar Way – RP arrived home today – noticed a pickup truck behind her when she pulled into her driveway – when she entered her residence, she placed her keys inside foil on the counter by the stove – she went upstairs to put items away – when she returned downstairs, her keys were not in the foil – it is unknown if she misplaced her keys or if someone entered her residence while she was upstairs and stole her keys – RP has her vehicle keys and post office keys on the missing keychain
RSP (Warrant Arrest) Spring Oak Dr – RP requesting keeping the peace to pick up belongings – RP was granted a restraining order – given immediate move out orders, but was advised can be escorted to incident location to pick up belongings – believes female will be at incident location – RP 2 calling – states she has a restraining order against the male and he is sitting in front of the residence – peace kept – subject advised not to come back – to handle it in court – cite released for warrant
VOE (Felony Spouse Abuse) Valley of Enchantment – Victim and his wife were involved in an argument which turned physical – victim was thrown to the ground by suspect – scratched in the face – the next door neighbors witnessed suspect dragging the victim then stomping on the victim with her feet while victim was in the fetal position on his left side
