The fifth-grade EarlyAct Club at Valley of Enchantment Elementary School does a service project in the community each year. This year the students voted to create blankets for pets; they will donate them to several mountain organizations. At their meeting on March 12, the students – with the help of teacher Stephanie Plemons, their advisor – started creating the blankets.
