CRL (Vandalism) Lake Dr – RP stated they left their trucks in the parking lot to the rear of the church on 4/3/24 at 10:00 a.m. – when they returned, they noticed the trucks did not have gas when drove down to the gas station – while putting gas in, they noticed it was draining out of the gas tanks – noticed drill holes – RP believes it will cost about $5,000.00 total to fix the trucks

GVL (Missing Person) Oak Knoll Dr – The RP last received a text from subject on Tuesday, 4/9/24 at 2:30 p.m. – subject stated he was on his way to the incident location from Lake Arrowhead after leaving his children’s mother’s house – subject has not been able to be contacted since by the RP, his children’s mother or their grandmother – teletype entered for subject and his vehicle – voice text from subject at 11:51 a.m. – stated he was OK – told the RP he was drinking and passed out – stated he lied to his girlfriend to not get in trouble

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Crest Forest Dr/Rangers Rd – Vehicle stopped for running a stop sign – records check showed suspect had an active warrant – suspect was arrested and booked at CDC

CPP (Petty Theft) Burnt Mill Canyon Rd – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – per RP, was recently served divorce paperwork from soon to be ex – per RP, on 4/9/24, his ex somehow gained access to his Arrowhead Credit Union checking account – used the account to make an $30.00 electronic payment on her credit card – per RP, subject does not have permission to access his account or a joint owner on the account – no contact information for subject at this time – information taken – will follow up

CRL (Driving W/O License) Crest Forest Dr/S Village Ln – Vehicle stopped for failing to stop at a stop sign – driver stated she did not have a driver’s license – she was cited – vehicle towed – teletype sent

CRL (Driving W/O License) Lake Dr/Springwater Rd – Suspect was stopped for a light out – vehicle found to have expired registration – suspect’s driver’s license was expired – suspect was cite released on scene – suspect parked his vehicle and waited for a ride

TPK (Obscene Phone Calls) Thunderbird Dr – Subject and the RP have an ongoing custody battle – recently subject continues to call from a restricted number every few minutes – it got excessive yesterday afternoon until about midnight with her calling every few minutes – RP answered the restricted number a handful of times – recorded the call with a separate phone – each time, suspect was on the phone harassing him about different things – today subject began calling every few minutes again – RP has answered and recorded a few of the calls to confirm it is still subject – each time it has been her harassing him – RP is emailing deputy the recorded calls and screen shots of the call logs with times – deputy attempted phone contact with subject to obtain her reasoning, but she will not answer – deputy left a voicemail for her to call back – deputy spoke to RP about restraining order process due to having proof it is her calling

RSP (Miscellaneous Incident) Deep Creek Camp Rd – On 4/5/24, RP’s student punched and kicked RP because he was upset about having to come inside from the snow while at camp – RP did not desire prosecution but wanted incident documented per her teacher’s union for the expulsion hearing – report number provided

LAA (Disturbance Husband/Wife) Grass Valley Rd – Ongoing marital problems between subjects – subjects are in the divorce process – subject 1 went to subject 2’s residence unannounced – was upset because their juveniles are living with subject 2 – during the incident, subject 1 spoke with the juveniles in front of the residence – began arguing with juveniles – one of the juveniles attempted to call 9-1-1 – subject 1 attempted to grab his cellphone – the juvenile grabbed subject 1’s arm – subject 1 alleged subject 2 walked out of the residence and also grabbed her arm and clothing near her chest – subject 2 and the two juveniles denied any physical altercation between subjects

RSP (Death Investigation) Overhill Dr – Subject found by the RP – appears natural

RSP (Violate Court Order) Pleasant Dr – RP requesting a child abduction report because subject was going out of state with child – subject notified subject of child’s soccer tournament in March – subject did not consent to child going – custody agreement says subject only need tell RP where she’s going and provide contact information if child is going out of state – however, subject is taking child during RP’s custody time – elements for depravation or child abduction not met – will submit violation of court order report

CRL (Vandalism) Lake Dr – Deputy spoke with subject outside the incident location – on 4/12/24 at approximately 2:30 p.m., RP noticed gasoline near the company vehicle – upon further inspection, RP noticed unknown subject(s) drilled a hole in the gas tank located underneath the vehicle – subject(s) emptied out the gasoline – total damage was approximately $1,000.00 – no cameras at location – no suspect leads at this time

LAA (Grand Theft) Palisades Dr – The RP hired subject as a handyman to perform work at his secondary residence in Crestline – subject did work at the residence between 9/7/23 to 11/27/23 – during this time period, subject was only authorized to purchase materials for the projects – subject had purchased $1,970.94 worth of unauthorized tools – between 12/11/23 and 12/23/23 subject purchased $9,039.15 from Rim Forest Lumber under the RP’s account – the purchases were unauthorized by the RP – subject has not paid back the amount due to the RP – RP had to pay the amount to Rim Forest Lumber

LAA (Assault W/Weapon) Lake Arrowhead Village – White male adult driving a black pickup truck ran into RP’s boyfriend twice – says her boyfriend is not injured – subject last seen heading toward 7-Eleven – RP denied medical attention – provided deputy with video footage from his dash camera which showed him being hit by the vehicle

RIM (Resisting Executive Officer) Blackfoot Trl – On Sunday, 4/14/24, at approximately 3:18 p.m., deputy contacted suspect at his residence – suspect had an outstanding felony warrant – suspect was inside the residence – would not open the door for deputies – deputies made entry through an unlocked rear door – upon contacting suspect inside of the residence, suspect fought deputies from placing him in handcuffs – suspect was tased and placed under arrest – during the struggle, deputy injured his right pinky while he attempted to handcuff the suspect – deputy’s pinky was red and warm to the touch – deputy complained of pain and felt a burning/stinging sensation on his finger – suspect was arrested for resisting an officer and his felony warrant

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Zurich Dr/Gregory Pl – Suspect advised deputy of warrant – deputy issued a citation with a new court date
