TPK (Returned Missing Person) Grand View Rd – Deputy contacted subject at his residence – confirmed identity with his driver’s license – all clear

TPK (Identity Theft) Twin Peaks Sheriff Station – RP was contacted by an unknown person by her computer – RP was told to withdraw money from her bank and send it to three different locations via USPS – RP loss is $28,000.00

LAA (Deprive Custody) Grass Valley Rd – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – RP states that her 13-year-old child is missing – violation of court order – ongoing custody issues – RP came in requesting a report for child abduction per the child abduction team – husband and two sons came to the station – deputy verified their information – children verbally stated they do not want to go to their mother because she hits them – RP was served with restraining order proof of service – report was taken per RP’s request

CRL (Violate Court Order) Finhaut Dr – Reviewed video footage – video showed restrained party yelling and facing victim as he walked up his driveway – videos provided were between early February and late March

CRL (Missing Person) Cedar Ln – 21-year-old got into an argument with her mother over her employment status – on 4/16/24 at about 3:00 p.m., daughter left residence on foot after argument – subject told her mother she would go to Crestline or leave to a shelter – subject is a 5’6”, 107-pound female with brown wavy hair to her shoulders – subject did not have any known friends in the area – was not answering her phone – deputy attempted phone contact with subject multiple times, but calls went to voicemail – area check throughout Crestline and Top Town with negative results – teletype entered

TPK (290 Register) Twin Peaks Station – Registrant registration

LAA (Possession Control Substance) Lake Dr – Medical transfer reference female possible overdose on fentanyl – female is not awake – unknown if breathing – female will be in bathroom – out with Fire – female awake and breathing – refused transfer to hospital – during contact, deputy saw a small glass container with a white crystal substance inside – subject admitted the substance was methamphetamine – issued a cite and release at the scene

CED (Paraphernalia) Lyon Dr/Hook Creek Rd – Deputy contacted suspect outside of his apartment complex – deputy was familiar with subject based on prior contacts – deputy asked him if he still had warrants – he told deputy he still had warrants and also stated he had “paraphernalia” – deputy located a meth pipe in his front pocket – deputy cite released suspect on scene

CRL (Disturbance Boyfriend/Girlfriend) Wylerhorn Dr – RP states his girlfriend just locked RP out of his house – RP states they have both been drinking – subjects were arguing with each other over past relationship issues – male recorded the incident on his cellphone – during the argument, male walked outside to call law enforcement, but female locked him out of the residence – male unlocked the door to his apartment and re-entered – female locked herself inside the bathroom and stated she would call 9-1-1 – female stated male smacked her on the right side of her face – female had no visible injuries – the video provided made no mention of any physical altercation – female packed her belongings and was taken to the 7-Eleven to be picked up by family  

CRL (Vandalism) Lake Dr – At approximately 2:52 a.m., two unknown white male juveniles came to the incident location with a cinder block – both juveniles were on foot as they approached the business – suspect 1 had white Nike shoes, a black hoodie with yellow and white Five Ten logo on the back, gray pants, black ski mask, black and white gloves, and a black backpack – subject 2 wore white Nike shoes, black pants, black hoodie with white logos on the sleeves and torso – subject 1 threw the cinder block at the front glass door of the business – both subjects ran away on foot on Lake Dr toward Old Mill Rd – video surveillance obtained – owner estimates the damage to be approximately $1,000.00

CRL (Resist Officer) Lake Dr – RP lives at incident location which is across the street from the movie theater – can see a subject inside the building – during a call for service, deputies contacted suspect – suspect explained he worked at the business and was painting – during contact, suspect had a large hunting knife in his pocket – suspect removed the knife, but refused a pat down search – suspect was informed he was being detained for his two active misdemeanor warrants – suspect refused deputies’ orders to step out of the business – deputy grabbed suspect’s left hand and ordered him to place his hands behind his back – suspect refused to comply with deputy commands and pulled away – during the incident, he reached toward his waistband with his hand – threw an object on the ground – during a search of the area, a broken methamphetamine pipe was found – suspect arrested for his warrants

RSP (Grand Theft Auto) Inspiration Dr – Between 4/19/24 at 9:30 p.m. and 4/20/24 at 8:30 a.m., unknown subject stole RP’s gray, 2006 Chevy Impala from the front of her residence – vehicle was not financed – keys are accounted for – no signs of forced entry at the scene – teletype sent

CRL (Under Influence Drugs) Zurich Dr – Deputy contacted suspect in front of the residence – observed him stumbling and walking in circles and talking to himself – while detained, he had rapid eyelid flutters – made numerous miscellaneous statements not making sense – deputy believed suspect was under the influence of a controlled substance – arrest made

RSP (Burglary) Wilderness Rd – Between 2/10/24 and 4/20/24, unknown subject(s) entered two cabins at the Hinckley youth camp – cabin #3 had various graffiti on the interior walls – point of entry was rear window – window was secured by a single nail from the exterior – the bath house was covered in fire extinguisher powder – two spent fire extinguishers were on the floor – point of entry was rear window – the window was secured by single nail from the exterior – managers had no estimated value for the repair – no suspect leads – no surveillance

CRL (Petty Theft) Basel Dr – Between early April and 4/20/24, unknown subject(s) entered the RP’s unlocked detached shed – various paperwork and miscellaneous tools were missing from the shed – RP had no value for the missing items – no suspect leads – no usable fingerprints were at the location

TPK (Warrant Arrest) Circle Dr – RP arrived to bring son his belongings – son came out of the rehab – got into RP’s vehicle – is now refusing to get out – staff is out with subject – son is refusing to come out of vehicle – RP is refusing to drive with him due to past issues with him getting violent – son currently not under the influence – one week sober – history of fentanyl – suspect had three outstanding warrants – arrest made – booked at CDC

CRL (Driving W/O License) Leafy Ln/Lake Dr – Contacted suspect on a traffic stop for front window tint – confirmed he had an expired driver’s license – no contraband or anything illegal found on him or passenger who consented to search – citation issued

LAA (Search & Rescue) Forest Road – Subject was hiking when she became injured twice – she could not continue with her hike – used her Garmin’s SOS mode to notify law enforcement – air rescue assisted with the hoist – transported to Mountains Community Hospital

CRL (Commercial Burglary) Dart Canyon Rd – RP’s 15-year-old son was bitten by a dog on his left hand – medical declined – unknown dog owner took dog off leash inside gated playground area – dog growled and bit RP’s son on the hand and scratched his leg with paw – owner apologized and put dog on leash – owner walked away to unknown location – friend of subject possibly know owner – RP will follow up with additional information – Animal Control will contact subject

CRL (Driving W/O License) Lake Gregory Dr/Neve Ct – Driver was found not to have a license – driver issued a citation – person with valid license drove vehicle away with driver

LAA (Tow Request) Mountains Community Hospital – Subject brought to emergency room by ambulance – is now uncooperative and threatening to harm staff – subject is extremely drunk – transferred to MCH after he was found lying next to his vehicle with an ignition interlock device – he was physically fighting with the hospital staff – upon arrival, he had been placed in soft restraints – a subsequent follow up with subject’s vehicle found it was parked blocking the highway – vehicle was towed by Mountain Towing

CPP (Assist Other Deputy) Crest Forest Dr/Sawpit Canyon Rd – Silver Ford F150 is parked near location with catalytic converters in the trunk – RP believes they are stolen – vehicle possibly occupied – advising no plates on vehicle

CRL (Burglary) Basel Dr – On 4/20/24, between 5:59 a.m. and 7:57 a.m., unknown subject forced entry into the residence – subject was captured on video surveillance carrying a large black bag – unknown what items were taken – RP will return to the residence and verify if any items are missing – video was provided by the RP

CRL (Assault) Horst Dr – RP was assaulted by sister – sister still onsite – sister has history of marijuana use – RP states they been trying to evict sister from location – CHP transfer – female half calling in – states her uncle and brother broke into her residence – both are inside now – ongoing issues with family members – while RP was inside the residence, he was kicked by his sister – both parties claimed to be victims of assault – both issued citations – both signed citizens arrest forms

CRL (Possession Danger Drugs) Mazanita Dr/Old Mill Rd – During a pedestrian check, suspect was found to be in possession of drugs – was cite released in field

BLU (Domestic Battery) Dogwood Campground Rd/Daley Canyon Access Road – RP and boyfriend both from Texas – have no friends in the area – came up the mountains to Door Dash food – got campsite for the night – at approximately 2:00 p.m., both drank alcohol and began arguing – subject and RP wrestled over a chair – subject hit RP in the side of the head – no visible injuries – medical declined – RP did not have photos of subject or details for investigation – area check negative for vehicle – will call back if seen

CRL (Under Influence Drugs) Pioneer Camp Rd/Friendly Ln – Suspect was contacted during a consensual encounter – suspect showed signs and symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance – had rapid speech, eye flutters, fast internal clock, was jittery when standing still and made several incoherent statements
