BLU (Embezzle Vehicle) Pine Ln – RP allowed her son to drive her car on 4/12/24 for a few hours to get a few things done down the hill – he has not returned her car and will not answer her call – voicemail box is full – RP wanted to place her car as embezzled – listing son as last to drive it – CHP 180 completed – will submit a report to the DA office for review

CPP (Violate Court Order) Burnt Mill Canyon Rd – RP called stating he has an active restraining order against soon to be ex-wife – RP had received four phone calls from his soon to be ex-wife from West Valley Detention Center – restraining order has a no contact order – RP requested a report for documentation

LAA (Warrant Arrest) Crest Park Rd – Black female adult was on RP’s property – was seen in a neighbor’s RV but RP’s boyfriend scared her off – states she’s currently walking up the main road – RP requesting deputies check on her to see what she’s up to – Riverside Sheriff confirmed warrants are active – Los Angeles Sheriff Department confirmed warrant is still active – spoke with RP, who advised female in orange pants was observed walking around his property – RP stated his neighbor advised female entered his unlocked RV – when neighbor opened RV, female was seated inside smoking a cigarette – neighbor stated he searched the RV after – did not find anything missing – neighbor was not available – a business car was provided – suspect was identified by the subject description given by the RP – deputy contacted suspect near Rim High School – deputy transported suspect to CDC – prior to transport, deputy handcuffed suspect to the rear and secured her with a seatbelt – deputy checked the handcuffs for tightness and double locked them

April 24, 2024

LAA (Vandalism) Bernina Dr – Between 9:00 p.m. on 4/23/24 and 6:30 a.m. on 4/24/24, unknown subject(s) spray painted the RP’s house and vehicle – the paint was black and appears to say “chbve f*** you” on the garage door – RP values the damages at a minimum of $1,000.00 if it pressure washes off the house and can buff off the vehicle – checked the area for cameras – so far the residences that returned deputy voicemail did not catch any leads

CRL (Possession Danger Drugs) Zurich Dr – Suspect is on felony probation – during a probation check, suspect was found to be in violation – suspect was arrested and booked at CDC

April 25, 2024

CED (Death Investigation) Linden Ln – 71-year-old male not breathing – RP is his caregiver – last spoke to him yesterday at 8:20 p.m. – had multiple medical issues – appears natural

TPK (Lost Property) State Hwy 189 – Need report for deputy’s lost tactical light – could not remember when or where last seen – ended up using a tactical light assigned to another deputy – unknown how articles were mixed up

CRL (Courtesy Report) San Moritz Dr – On 4/18/24, RP discovered a fraudulent transaction in the amount of $1,066.62 made at the Great Wolf Lodge in Scottsdale, Ariz. – no one had permission to use RP’s card or personal information to make the transaction – bank reimbursed the fund back to RP’s account and opened a new account

CED (Warrant Arrest) Lakebrook Dr – RP saying male is living out of his truck toward the backyard area – location should be empty – RP advised she notified Code Enforcement as well – says male is dumping trash and is defecating in open space – suspect was contacted in the area – advised he was not using the restroom in public – he said he has had an ongoing issue with the neighbor and false allegations – suspect found to have an active warrant – suspect cite released in the field – teletype entered

CRL (Lost Property) Lake Dr – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – RP lost three passports while she walked around Lake Gregory on 4/26/24 around 11:00 a.m. – RP checked local businesses for her passports, but no one turned in her passports

CRL (Drunk in Public) Lake Dr/Lake Gregory Dr – Suspect contacted during a subject stop – found to be drunk – suspect transported to and booked at WVDC – suspect signed his citation promising to appear in court

 April 27, 2024

CRL (Drunk in Public) Lake Gregory Dr/Lake Dr – Suspect was contacted in the 7-Eleven parking lot yelling loudly in an aggressive manner – suspect continued to yell – walked into traffic on Lake Dr – suspect admitted to drinking alcohol and using methamphetamine prior to contact – suspect had watery, blood shot eyes, slurred speech, was drooling and had the odor of alcohol emitting from his person – suspect was not able to safely care for himself – placed under arrest for being under the influence of alcohol/drugs in public

TPK (Found Property) Hi Pl – RP was hired to do an estate sale – he was going through a shed and came across ammunition – requesting deputies pick up the ammunition 

CPP (Tow Request) Waters Dr/Alder Creek Rd – Vehicle was expired for over two years – vehicle towed – teletype sent – driver issued a citation 

CRL (False Vehicle Registration) Lake Dr/Manzanita Dr – Vehicle was parked in the parking lot next to Shell gas station – while running the plate, the owner came over to the vehicle – vehicle displayed false tabs – owner admitted to making a mistake – owner issued a citation – vehicle towed – owner removed items from moped

LAA (Burglary) Huron Rd – Residence front door and multiple alarms – possibly forced entry, but front door locked – subject refusing to open the door – residence cleared – arrest made

CRL (False ID Deputy) Straight Way/Pioneer Camp Rd – During a bike/pedestrian check, suspect who was observed riding his bike during darkness with no light on his bike – suspect identified himself, but refused to give his first, last and date of birth – after an extensive records check, suspect was identified and found to have an in-county misdemeanor warrant for his arrest – suspect placed under arrest and transported to CDC where he was booked and issued citations

CRL (Driving W/O License) Lake Dr/Leafy Ln – Vehicle stopped for obstructed view – driver was found to be unlicensed – driver cited – vehicle towed – CHP 180 entered – teletype sent

April 29, 2024

TPK (Obscene Phone Calls) Thunderbird Dr – RP states ex-wife has been calling RP nonstop since yesterday – RP states ex-wife has a restraining order against RP – is not to be contacting RP – RP wants incident documented

CRL (Tow Request) Lake Dr/Pioneer Camp Rd – Vehicle stopped – driver cite released – vehicle towed – CHP 180 completed – teletype sent

RIM (Possession Danger Drugs) Pine Ave – White male adult is in the middle of the store asking for money – scaring customers away – RP has asked him to leave – he refuses to do so – has been at incident location for over three hours – suspect contacted by the garbage cans of the Valero – suspect admitted he had drugs on him – suspect gave deputy consent to search his person – deputy located two baggies of white crystalline substance – based on deputy training and experience, deputy determined the substance to be methamphetamine – suspect was arrested and booked at CDC

CRL (Paraphernalia) Lake Dr/Lake Gregory Dr – Deputy contacted suspect knowing he had a warrant and he was loitering at the 7 -Eleven – deputy located a glass pipe with black and white residue inside his backpack during an arrest search – he was arrested and transported to CDC

CED (Miscellaneous Incident) Lakebrook Dr – At approximately 12:43 p.m., RP saw on live video, a white female adult and white male adult walk their dog away from their residence – RP knocked on multiple neighbors’ doors looking for dog – during investigation, deputy located dog next door at neighbor’s residence – subject heard the dog barking and saw it was caught in the fence – subject took the dog to her house and gave it food/water – advised RP who did not desire prosecution – took dog back home safely – no visible injury on dog – report taken for documentation
