The Crestline Chamber of Commerce has issued a call for residents to nominate the person (or persons) they think should be this year’s Citizen of the Year.

That citizen will ride in the Jamboree Days parade on July 6.

Nominations close on June 3 so the chamber’s board can vote and develop stories about the nominees. To nominate someone, either scan the QR code or visit JamboreeDays.com.

The 2024 Citizen of the Year will be revealed in the July 4 pullout section of the Alpine Mountaineer and on social media.

Volunteers for Jamboree Days are also needed. There are dozens of roles to be filled in hospitality, operations, promotions and more. Sign up at JamboreeDays.com.
