Crestline’s very popular Friday night summer concert series and Market at Lake Gregory began Friday, May 3. This free event, which takes place from 4 to 8 p.m., also has 25 or more craft and food vendors. The concerts begin at 5 p.m. The market and concerts take place at the South Shore pavilion.

The summer concert series at Lake Gregory is pet-friendly and family-friendly, too. There is free parking in the lot and along the street. There is wine and beer available for purchase for those 21 and older. Dancing to the music is encouraged.

The first Friday night concert rocked out with the By-Products with everyone dancing and having fun as it was one of the first nice weather days this spring. That was followed by Hilary Watson, who entertained an even larger crowd on the patio; the High-D Boys; Neil Bradley & the Black Doors; and Plaid to the Bone.

The June schedule has just been released: June 7, Little Bear Valley Blues; June 14, Middle Aged Dad Bods; June 21, Viper & the Deckhands; June 28, Phil Billies.
