The mountain communities from Green Valley Lake to Crestline will be bustling with celebrations of our country’s independence all weekend long.

JULY 4 -Thursday

• Green Valley Lake 4th of July parade – 11 a.m. begins at GVL Road and Lakeside Rd.

• Lake Arrowhead Village concert at Center Stage – Bruno Mars tribute band 

JULY 5 – Friday

• Ice Cream Social, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Mountain History Museum 27176 Peninsula Drive @ Rhine Road, Lake Arrowhead

• Vintage aircraft flyover of Lake Arrowhead at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. 

• First Friday Art Show benefitting the Blue Jay Jazz Foundation, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Lake House in Cedar Glen.

• Lake Arrowhead Village concert at Center Stage- Tom Petty tribute band 

Treasure Island radio play performance by Heisler Theater at the Tudor House, 800 Arrowhead Villa Road; Dinner 5:30, show 7 p.m. Tickets at www.Heislertheater.com

• Fireworks spectacular at 9 p.m. over Lake Arrowhead

 • Free concert and market night at Lake Gregory Pavilion on South Shore, 3 to 8 p.m.

JULY 6-Saturday

• Lake Arrowhead Village concert at Center Stage – CCR tribute band

Treasure Island radio play, Heisler Theater at the Tudor House – Dinner 5:30, show at 7 p.m. Tickets at www.Heislertheater .com

• Summer of Fun Artisans Faire next to 7-Elevent Crestline,  all day

 JAMBOREE DAYS IN CRESTLINE:

 • Parade 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m.; Artisans faire, vendors market, food trucks, music festival, Kids Fun Zone, beer garden, chain saw sculpting. Lake Gregory open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Lake Gregory Beach reopens at 6:30 for free viewing of 9 p.m. free fireworks spectacular show by Jason Pope over Lake Gregory. 

• Elite Altitude Training Jamboree Days open house 10 to 7 p.m., 23919 Lake Drive 

• Ceramic class with Patty Woods at Community Art Center in Lake Arrowhead Village, 1 p.m.

• Skate night at SkyPark at Santa’s Village, “Hot August Nights”- Beach music to skate by 

JULY 7-Sunday 

• Free Cedarpines Park Art Festival at Community Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Local artists, crafters and ceramic art and more 

Treasure Island radio play, Heisler Theater at the tudor House snacks at 3 p.m;  show at 4 p.m. Tickets at www.Heislertheater .com

• Sunday night flights at Playground paraglider launch site, 5:30 p.m. until sunset.
