9 a.m. – VIP Check-In – Visitors with pre-purchased VIP seating around town may check in and enjoy the vibe near an announcer’s booth.
10 a.m. – Parade – The Jamboree Days parade begins at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, threading its customary route through Crestline from Crest Forest Drive in Top Town, then down Fern Drive and merging onto Lake Drive before ending at Lake Gregory Drive. In 2024, the Chamber has chosen the theme “Amazing Mountain Adventures” to celebrate the wide variety of indoor and outdoor experiences available in our mountain hideaway.
11 a.m. – 2 p.m. – Live Log Sculpture Demonstration – Veteran chainsaw sculpture artist Kirby Craig brings his talent and creativity to Crestline. Watch as he sculpts a Patriot Bear out of a log after the parade – and even WIN the BEAR! Purchase raffle tickets at How Money Works where Kirby will be carving, at the Beer Garden or at the Fun Zone.
11 a.m. – 8 p.m. – Local Shopping and Dining – Jamboree Days festivities continue after the parade ends with swimming and boating at Lake Gregory, a family Fun Zone in front of Rim Bowling, and dining and browsing throughout downtown Crestline.
11 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Fun Zone – Below street level in front of Rim Bowling, the Fun Zone includes five bounce houses, toys, games, prizes, Crestline Comics, art stations, vendors, demonstrations and more. $5 all-day bounce house access per child.
11 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Beer Garden – Located in the parking lot of Arrowhead Credit Union, drop in to enjoy tacos, bespoke brats, local vineyards and breweries pouring a huge menu of the Southland’s favorite craft beers, fine wines, alcoholic slushies and non-alcoholic options. American Idiots will play classic rock tunes all afternoon.
9 p.m. – Fireworks Over Lake Gregory – Lake Gregory will close at 5:00 p.m., freshen the beaches and reopen for free to the public at 6:00 p.m. Visitors may picnic at the lakeside and watch the fireworks show at 9:00 p.m. The Lake Gregory Company again plans to offer VIP tickets for fireworks viewing on its elevated lakeside patio.
