BLU (DUI) State Hwy 189 – Subject was contacted after he was seen asleep behind the wheel with the motor running in a turnout off Hwy 189 – subject was found to be under the influence of alcohol – subject placed under arrest – transported to CDC – refused blood draw – a warrant was signed by judge – blood was drawn
LAA (Miscellaneous Incident) State Hwy 173 – RP states he got a call from someone that attends the church saying that there is a subject on church property – looks like possibly hit the gate – no one should be on the property – male subject entered the parking lot to Sandals church – while the subject was making a right turn, looking for a friend that was close by – he was not aware of his surroundings – as subject left, front bumper struck the black fence line causing a dent – spoke to owner of Sandals church who was provided with valid insurance from the male subject – RP wanted incident documented

CRL (Drunk in Public) Pioneer Camp Rd/Rocky Loop – While conducting an extra patrol on Pioneer Camp Rd, deputy was flagged down by a vehicle – a passenger exited the vehicle and began screaming – deputy approached suspect and immediately noticed his bloodshot red eyes and the smell of alcohol emanating from his breath – suspect’s speech was slurred – he could not walk without stumbling – the driver, suspect’s mother, did not want him to remain in the vehicle due to his behavior – suspect requested to walk home but, based on deputy observations, deputy deemed him incapable of doing so – suspect was arrested and booked at CDC
RSP (Grand Theft Auto) Pleasant Dr – Sometime between 6/22/24 and 6/25/24, RP’s motorcycle stolen from her residence – motorcycle was left outside – teletype sent – small 65CC motorcycle
RIM (Domestic Battery) Bear Springs Rd – On 6/24/24, suspect and the victim, who have been in a dating relationship for approximately three years, argued over food and a video suspect made online – during the argument, suspect pushed the victim several times – caused a small cut on the victim’s nose – suspect admitted to pushing the victim and being angry at him – arrest made
RSP (Vandalism) State Hwy 18 – CHP en route reference report of road rage – victim was involved in road rage incident involving a gray Porsche – victim followed subject’s vehicle to subject’s residence – victim and subject were fighting – during the argument, subject removed a knife from his pocket – subject did not make any threats with the knife – after the argument, subject kicked the victim’s vehicle, which caused an approximate nine-inch dent to the left rear quarter panel – victim estimated the damage to be $1,200.00 – attempted contact at subject’s residence with negative answer – Porsche matching description was observed in the garage – victim desired prosecution – will follow up at a later date and time

CRL (Paraphernalia) Wylerhorn Dr/Zurich Dr – Vehicle stopped for lights out – driver was found to have two active warrants and a suspended driver’s license – during an inventory search of vehicle, a glass skull methamphetamine pipe was found in the center console – suspect arrested – vehicle towed – teletype sent
RIM (Possession Control Substance) State Hwy 18/Pine Ave – Deputy conducted a traffic stop on suspect’s vehicle for registration – suspect found to be driving with an expired license – through a vehicle search, deputy located a small plastic bag with suspected methamphetamine – suspect was arrested and booked at CDC – suspect’s vehicle was towed – teletype sent
LAA (Miscellaneous Incident) Stater Bros – Subject unknowingly struck victim’s vehicle in the parking lot while backing out of the parking spot – struck a shopping cart with victim’s child in it – negative injuries –information provided for the damage caused to vehicle – CHP to complete collision report – provided incident number
CRL (Possession Danger Drugs) Lake Dr/Alder Rd – Vehicle stopped for registration – upon further investigation, suspect was driving with expired driver’s license and had a misdemeanor warrant – during a search incident to arrest, deputies located crystal methamphetamine inside her purse – suspect was arrested – cite released to St. Bernardine’s – vehicle towed – teletype entered
ARB (False Pretense) Spruce Dr – RP received a scam call acting like they were her bank – at 9:37 a.m. on 6/26/24, a person called RP stating they were from the fraud department with Citi Bank and asking if she authorized a $7,500.00 wire transfer – RP told the representative no – they proceeded to walk her through the steps to “cancel” the transfer – it was actually that she wired the subject the money – RP submitted all paperwork to deputy’s email address
RIM (Under Influence Drugs) State Hwy 18/Blackfoot Trl – Vehicle was stopped – driver found not to have his driver’s license on his person – suspect consented to a search of his person and vehicle – while speaking to suspect, he displayed signs/symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance – suspect was arrested for drug charge and booked at CDC
CRL (Tow Request) Lake Dr/Pioneer Camp Rd – Vehicle stopped for expired registration and exhaust modification – cited for registration – vehicle towed – suspect issued citation – teletype entered

CRL (Possession Danger Drugs) Lake Dr/Friendly Ln – Vehicle stopped due to no front plate – driver identified – passenger identified and found to be on probation – in plain sight, observed a methamphetamine pipe on the passenger side floor board – during consent search, deputy found small plastic baggie containing about half of suspected meth – both suspects were arrested – suspect 1 charged with paraphernalia and possession – suspect 2 charged with possession – suspect 2 found to be a North Side Colton gang member by the moniker of Whiskegas – gang card completed – both transported to CDC by deputy – Probation issued hold for suspect 2 – vehicle was towed – teletype sent
CRL (Domestic Battery) Crest Forest Dr – Suspect has been married to the victim for 23 years – have six children in common – suspect got into a verbal argument with his wife over infidelity – during the argument, suspect walked up to the victim and spat on her face – left the scene on foot – later suspect returned to the incident location – was arrested – suspect admitted he spat at the victim and hit her arm, but did not mean to hit her face – suspect was transported and booked into CDC on his charge

LAA (Miscellaneous Incident) Lake Arrowhead Resort – Several complaints of male and female fighting – security knocking on door with no reply – security walked around to balcony – found blood on the balcony – mother and son were involved in an argument – subject slapped son several times in the face – girlfriend witnessed son fall on her causing injuries to her face – subject gone upon arrival – incident documented
CRL (Lost/Stolen Plate) Nesthorn Dr – Around 4:00 p.m., RP unscrewed his rear license plate while at his residence in Skyland Dr for work – RP placed the license plate on the rear of his truck bed – drove off forgetting to screw it back on – teletypes sent

TPK (Search & Rescue) Hot Springs – Subject was camping with a friend at the hot springs when he alleged he and his friends were jumped and drugged – advising his friend was being held hostage by other campers – subject left the hot springs to call law enforcement – subject was not able to make it back to his vehicle – SBSD airship rescued subject from location – transported him to medical aid on the Hesperia side where he was taken to local hospital
CRL (Violate Court Order) Finhaut Dr – RP requested to speak to sergeant regarding a flash drive with video – RP provided a USB drive with videos of incident – RP has a restraining order against his neighbor
CRL (Domestic Battery) Berne Dr – Victim and her husband argued over the Wi-Fi in their residence – during the argument, the victim reached for a cell phone charger, when suspect grabbed and twisted the victim’s wrist, which caused a small abrasion on her right wrist – suspect stated there was a struggle where he “stopped” the victim from reaching for the cell phone, but did not want to elaborate how he stopped her – suspect was arrested and transported to CDC where he was booked on his charge

CRL (Vehicle Tampering) Scenic Dr – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – on Saturday, 6/29/24 at approximately 9:00 p.m., victim parked her 2015 white Chevy Trax at a friend’s residence – when she left around 11:00 p.m., her vehicle stalled and the check engine light came on making it inoperable – she called AAA and her vehicle was towed to Jim’s Auto – a mechanic at Jim’s Auto confirmed that antifreeze has been placed in the gas tank – estimated repair at $1,200.00 – victim suspects a male she saw walking past her vehicle when she left her friend’s residence – victim believes subject tampered with her vehicle – victim could not provide any information on the male subject
LAA (P/M/S Danger Weapon) N Grass Valley Rd – RP was cleaning home – found a two-foot-long cannon bullet – wants it removed and destroyed – deputy responded and secured – munition found to be inert – took possession for destruction
VOE (Paraphernalia) Seeley Ln/Spruce Dr – During a traffic stop, vehicle was found to have plates from a different vehicle – suspect admitted to putting the plates on the vehicle today – during the inventory search, female passenger’s purse was found to have a glass bulbous pipe with white residue inside – suspect1 cited for drug charges and outstanding warrant – suspect 2 was cited – both parties were transported and booked at CDC – teletype entered for truck and plated – trailer had no identifying marks or VIN.
