TPK (Miscellaneous Incident) Twin Peaks Station – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – RP wants to report theft of items from her backpack

CPP (False Pretense) E Hanson Cir – RP was involved in an Internet scam reference antivirus refund – during the scam he believed $24,000.00 was accidentally transferred into his account – the RP withdrew $23,550.00 – an Asian male adult in his 20s came to RP’s house in a black four-door vehicle to pick up the money – RP asked the male for his name, but he refused to provide his information – RP felt suspicious and did not give the money to the male – male left the area – the scammer on the phone told RP to ship $22,550.00 to a UPS store in Woodland Hills and for RP to keep $1,000.00 for himself – after the incident, RP checked his bank account and noticed $23,550.00 was withdrawn from his savings account and reported to the incident to law enforcement – deputy contacted LAPD, who requested the RP respond to their station tomorrow – will attempt to intercept the money with the RP at the UPS store in Woodland Hills

RSP (Driving W/O License) State Hwy 18/Hunsaker Way – Vehicle stopped for light out – driver admitted and was found to never have been issued a license – registered owner could not provide current insurance – driver cited for violations – vehicle parked – passenger who was under the influence arranged a ride to pick up the vehicle

CED (Keeping of Property) Cook Creek Rd – RP in Twin Peaks Station lobby – RP surrendering his son’s firearm per probation terms – black revolver .22 caliber surrendered for safekeeping and placed into evidence locker – teletype entered

GVL (Violate Court Order) Green Valley Lake Rd – Ongoing problem with male – subject seen on camera at incident location despite restraining order – checked several possible locations for subject, but unable to locate – will follow up with attempting subject contact tomorrow

CRL (Narcotics/Alcohol Prison) Pioneer Camp Rd/Straight Way – Deputy conducted a traffic stop – contacted suspect as the front passenger – suspect was detained after she was found to have an active misdemeanor warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia – during a search of suspect’s property, deputy located a small amount of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia – during the booking process at CDC, jail deputies conducted a strip search of suspect – they located suspected fentanyl on suspect – suspect’s identity was confirmed by the photograph from her driver’s license

LAA (Warrant Arrest) N John Muir Rd – RP got a call from neighbor saying suspect is wanted and currently in his own home throwing items – RP stated he has warrants – residence was yellow tagged – suspect found to have a felony warrant – arrested and transported to CDC for booking

CRL (Drunk in Public) Lake Dr – On 8/1/24 at approximately 1:57 a.m., deputy contacted suspect – after deputy was flagged down by employees of the Bear Claw Saloon – suspect was looking for his debit card, which he believed he left at the bar – bar employees told suspect several times that they did not have his debit card – told suspect he needed to leave the bar – deputy contacted suspect who was visibly under the influence of alcohol – he had an unsteady gait, smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech – deputy told suspect to leave the bar several times, but suspect refused to leave – suspect was placed under arrest because deputy believed suspect was unable to care for himself and get home safely – upon arrival at the CDC, suspect refused to sign his citation after several attempts – form completed for the refusal to sign the citation – suspect’s debit card was in his shirt pocket the entire time

CRL (Paraphernalia) Nob Pl/Seeley Dr – During vehicle check, suspect was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia

BLU (False Vehicle Registration) State Hwy 189/Daley Canyon Rd – Suspect stopped for displaying wrong tags – vehicle was expired from 2018 – vehicle had 2025 tags on the license plate – driver was issued citation and vehicle was towed – teletype sent

CRL (Warrant Arrest) S State Hwy 138/Lake Dr – Suspect was stopped for driving in darkness without headlights – suspect found to have a felony, in-county warrant for her arrest – she was transported to CDC and booked without incident

CRL (Drunk in Public) Lake Dr/Pioneer Camp Rd – On Saturday, 8/10/24 at approximately 10:35 p.m., deputy conducted a pedestrian check on a white male adult – suspect exhibited signs of intoxication, including red, watery eyes, the odor of alcohol on his breath and an inability to stand without stumbling – suspect admitted to consuming five tall cans of alcohol – had been drinking continuously for two days – deputy determined that suspect was unable to care for himself – for his safety, deputy arrested him for public intoxication – suspect was transported and booked at CDC

TPK (Death Investigation) Fire Hall Loop – RP advising will be neighbor – was doing a well check themselves – believes male passed – no signs of abuse, neglect, trauma or suspicious circumstances were noted – subject was widowed with two adult daughters – daughter notified that the house was secured

LAA (Sexual Battery) Yacht Club Way – RP came up to area with a friend – met up with other subject at a party – subject told RP and friend they could stay at his place – at approximately 3:30 a.m., RP felt someone touching his genitals over his clothing – RP believed it was subject and turned over – the touching stopped – RP walked away and called law enforcement – RP did not know certain details and did not want to press charges at this time – information provided – RP will follow up if prosecution desired

CRL (Domestic Battery) Chateau Dr – RP’s neighbor came to RP’s residence asking RP to call 9-1-1 – states her partner has been hitting her – refusing medical – suspect and victim are in dating relationship – were drinking alcoholic beverages at the victim’s residence – the two argued and got into a physical altercation – suspect punched the victim twice on the mouth – victim sustained a cut to the inside of her lower lip – suspect arrested and transported to CDC

CED (Vehicle Burglary) N Cumberland Dr/Hook Creek Rd – RP reporting her vehicle was broken into sometime between 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. – back driver side window was broken – back passenger side window was also scratched – RP’s backpack was stolen from vehicle – at least $200.00 in cash in wallet – RP was working cleaning services at the Miller’s Landing wedding venue – unknown video surveillance at this time – will attempt to lift prints

LAA (P/M/S Danger Weapon) Edge Cliff Dr – RP can hear shots fired – subject was contacted alongside six males during an area check for shots heard – during a records check, a Glock 25 came back as stolen from Glendale, Ariz. – owner of the firearm was booked at CDC

LAA (Possession Danger Drugs) Sequoia Dr/Golden Rule Ln – RP using passerby’s phone – states she is staying with her brother at location – states brother’s roommate pushed the door and caused her to fall and broke phone – occurred prior night – verbal argument today – RP is five houses down from location – RP talking about various topics like a P.O. box and male’s brother being a police officer – RP’s brother and male are at location now – unknown weapons – talking about male’s girlfriend being pregnant and using drugs – believes subjects are on methamphetamine – RP states negative drugs/drinking for herself – neighbor took the phone back from female – suspect was in possession of a meth pipe and eight grams of meth

TPK (Disturbance Husband/Wife) Karenken Pines Dr – RP’s mom’s boyfriend pulled a gun out on his mom and pointed it at her face – RP states his 18-year-old brother called him crying saying that the guy was putting his hands on his mother and to come to the residence – uncle is putting the gun down – he took it from suspect – deputy contacted all parties outside of residence – suspect argued with his stepson and his fiancée – son called his older brother to come to the house – suspect believed people were kicking in his door to hurt him, so he grabbed his gun but never pointed it at anyone – other family arrived and deescalated the situation as deputies arrived – all parties separated for the night – negative injuries/medical – handgun was taken for safekeeping until documentation is shown 

TPK (Grand Theft) Twin Peaks Station – RP let subject stay with him for one week in his shed, but one week turned into three months – now gone living in the bushes next to his property – while subject stayed in the shed, she had access to his residence to use the bathroom – during this time, RP believes subject stole a $25,000.00 diamond ring along with other miscellaneous items – RP did not see her, but believes she took it – a friend of his saw her with the ring last week – ring is insured

RSP (Mayhem) Hilltop Blvd – On 8/11/24 at approximately 11:00 p.m., victim and suspect were in their vehicle about to have sexual intercourse – victim is quadriplegic – had difficulty getting his penis erect – suspect got upset – told the victim she should burn his penis – suspect grabbed a white Bic lighter and ignited a flame – she burned the victim’s penis tip for approximately 10 seconds – victim has no feeling on the lower half of his body – only felt heat and pain after approximately 10 seconds – suspect stopped burning the victim’s penis after he realized what she was doing – victim’s emergency room doctor advised the victim, at minimum, suffered an acute deformity on his penis – suspect was later contacted and arrested for mayhem – a white Bic lighter was found in her vehicle after a search warrant was authored – she was identified by her driver’s license, arrested and booked at CDC

LAA (Warrant Arrest) Sequoia Dr – Female speaking quietly repeating “please come now” multiple times – disconnected – suspect transported to CDC to be booked on his warrant without incident

CRL (Violate Court Order) Arbula Dr – On 8/12/24, deputy spoke with victim via phone – victim reported a violation of a domestic violence restraining order by her soon to be ex-husband – restrained person is only permitted to communicate with victim through a court-mandated app that is regulated and cannot be altered by either party – ongoing foul name calling is causing significant distress to victim’s mental health
