The family-friendly Pro-Wrestling event, “Brawlin’ Brews,” is coming to Crestline on Saturday, April 26. This is the third time a Championship Belt wrestling match has been held in Crestline, and this year all proceeds will benefit Rim Veterans Outreach. The mountain’s premiere professional sporting event will be held at Lake Gregory in the south shore pavilion with gates opening at 11 a.m. The festival lasts until 5 p.m. and parking in the south beach area for the festival is free. The live wrestling begins at 2:30 p.m., featuring a Championship Belt Match, where the winner takes home the Brawlin’ Brews Rim of the World Championship Belt.

During the previous two wrestling competitions, the reserved front row seats sold out, so if you want premiere seating, order now. General admission is free, but for those who want guaranteed front row seating, it is $30 for adults and $15 for kids. However, for those who buy early bird tickets in advance online, using the discount code of “Rim Local” will reduce the price. Tickets for unlimited beer and/or wine tasting in the beer garden are $30.
Festivities begin at 11 a.m. with artisan vendors, food vendors, inflatable games, an arts and crafts station for kids hosted by Rim Family Services and DJ Mr. Cacoon. The Sawpit Canyon band begins playing at noon and goes until 2 p.m. The wrestling matches start their introductions after that, and the matches themselves begin at 2:30 p.m. There will be five matches, which will last all afternoon. The wrestlers who will be brawlin’ are Lee Steel, Hellkid, Syko Stu, Biggie Biggz, Shawn Silver, LegenDarryl, Rilla Wolf, Tony Raze and the American Punk. Get ready for an action-packed day at Brawlin’ Brews, where the thrill of live wrestling meets the excitement of a beer garden festival.

The last Brawlin’ Brews exhibition was very exciting and held to overflow crowds at San Marzano.
Each wrestler is serious about winning. This is All-American-Style Pro-Wrestling from the Mountain Wrestling Association, which will have merchandise for sale at the event. Food vendors include the infamous $7 squash burgers cooked by Ken Williams from San Marzano, Chicken Republic and others. Adult beverages will be served in the beer garden, including hard cider made from local apples by Sycamore Ranch, and beers from Ritual Brewing Company, Hop Secret Brews, So Cal Beers and Grey Wolf Brewery, among others.
This event is the beginning of the activities season at Lake Gregory. Brawlin’ Brews will be held in the south shore pavilion, which is on the same side of the lake as the waterslide. Be sure to come to Brawlin’ Brews on Saturday, April 26 from 11 to 5 p.m.
