The Crest Forest Senior Citizen Club’s parking lot at Leisure Shores has been chosen by the San Bernardino County Health Department to offer a free COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Saturday, April 5. The address of the clinic on the east shore of Lake Gregory is 24685 San Moritz Drive in Crestline. The clinic will last from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. They invite all who need a booster shot to come to this local clinic.
At the clinic, the county will be offering free vaccination shots for those age 6 months and older who need to receive an updated COVID-19 Moderna vaccine booster shot. No Insurance is necessary to receive this vaccination.
Preregister for an appointment, if you wish, by going to MyTurn.ca.gov to register, or call the COVID hotline at (909) 387-3911. Walk-ins are welcome. Bi-lingual staff will be available at the clinic.
For those under the age of 18, an adult guardian must be present. It is suggested, if a child is less than 4 years of age and previously received an initial Pfizer vaccination shot, that child should get a Pfizer booster, which will not be offered at this clinic.
