Moving forward with the playground

Oct 22, 2025 | Crestline

The Lake Gregory Company is thrilled to announce that the long-awaited playground project at Lake Gregory Regional Park is now fully funded, marking a significant milestone after years of dedicated effort.

This achievement, made possible through generous contributions from community donations, the Lake Gregory Company and support from San Bernardino County, sets the stage for ordering materials and planning construction of a state-of-the-art playground.

The new playground will be vibrant and safe for children and families, featuring modern equipment, accessible design and sustainable materials. This project reflects Lake Gregory Company’s commitment to improving the Lake Gregory community as a cornerstone for family recreation and connection.

“This is a monumental step forward for our community,” said Nathan Godwin, general manager of the Lake Gregory Company. “Thanks to the unwavering support of our donors, Regional Parks and countless residents, we’re ready to bring this vision to life. This playground will be a place where our children can play, grow, and create lasting memories.”

The funding milestone follows years of planning, fundraising and collaboration. With resources now secured, the Lake Gregory Company has begun ordering materials and finalizing construction plans, ensuring a playground that meets the needs and aspirations of this community.

Further updates on the construction timeline and a future groundbreaking ceremony will be shared as plans progress. The Lake Gregory Company extends its heartfelt gratitude to all who have contributed to making this project a reality.
