Three arrested on narcotics and identity theft charges

Deputies from the Twin Peaks Sheriff’s Station served a search warrant in the 900 block of Lausanne Drive in Crestline related to the sale of narcotics, possession of identity theft materials and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
As a result of the investigation, deputies recovered a large quantity of identity theft-related documents, suspected methamphetamine, narcotics paraphernalia, a .22-caliber revolver and multiple glass containers containing a brown liquid substance. The substance was identified as DMT (dimethyltryptamine), a Schedule I controlled substance with an approximate total volume of four gallons.
Based on the totality of the investigation, deputies arrested Cary Webb, 66; Jared Wildes, 43; and Jeana Reitz, 43, all of Crestline, for narcotics-related offenses, identity theft, possession of a firearm by a felon and outstanding felony warrants.
