Northstar Plumbing celebrates new location

Northstar Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning held a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of their relocated office on Lake Drive next door to Sweet Peas Poke restaurant. The Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce coordinated the ceremony on Friday, April 3.

Northstar is a family-owned and operated plumbing, heating and air conditioning company providing HVAC services to customers in Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, Crestline, Twin Peaks, Skyforest, Blue Jay, Running Springs, Sugarloaf, Fawnskin and surrounding areas. They also have offices down the hill.

All of their technicians are trained and certified, said owner David Garcia. He believes in community service; during Snowmeggedon, his employees provided help those in need, including bringing food to snowed-in residents. He also has worked with the Green Valley Lake Museum and supports the Boys & Girls Club of the Mountain Communities.

Since they have 20 trucks and 40 plumbers and HVAC technicians, they usually can schedule an appointment for the next day. They have over 12 years of experience. The ribbon cutting ceremony was a festive event, with many of their technicians attending, along with Garcia and Avelar. They have even bigger plans to get involved with the community through the chamber of commerce.
