The Arrowhead Arts Association is pleased to present its annual Community Garden Tour on Saturday, June 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Visitors will enjoy a self-guided tour of beautiful mountain gardens in Rimforest and Skyforest, each showcasing unique landscaping, creative design and the natural beauty of the mountain region.
Guests are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes and gardens on the tour may have stairs or sloping paths.
Following the tour, guests are invited to a special reception at Grass Valley Park from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. featuring wine, cheese and hors d’oeuvres. The reception provides an opportunity to relax and celebrate the creativity and beauty of the local community.
Proceeds directly support the Arrowhead Arts Association’s mission that helps fund music education programs for local children in our mountain schools. Some of the gardens on the tour will feature student musicians.
Tickets can be purchased online at ArrowheadArts.org on the Events tab for $45 or $50 on the day of the event between 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.
