Supervisor Dawn Rowe shared the news on Facebook that Robin Bull, who most recently served as her field representative in the mountain communities, had passed away.
There are the supervisor’s words:
It is with profound sadness that I share the passing of my friend and colleague, Robin Bull.
Robin joined my 3rd District team in February 2025 as a constituent services representative, bringing with her an extraordinary breadth of professional experience, a record of community leadership and a deep love for the San Bernardino Mountains.
Long before joining our office, Robin built an accomplished career that took her from accounting and finance to the international fashion industry. A graduate of Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, Robin began her career in accounting and rose to become a senior manager at Price Waterhouse, where she twice received the Chairman’s Client Service Award. She later held senior executive positions with some of the most recognizable names in fashion, including Calvin Klein and Dolce & Gabbana.
A longtime mountain resident, Robin was also an entrepreneur and local business owner. She co-founded Tommy’s Pet Studio in Blue Jay and Bullwork Fitness in Cedar Glen. Her commitment to the local business community extended to her role as executive director of the Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce, where she championed mountain businesses and helped promote the communities she loved. Her work with the chamber included the award-winning “I Love Lake Arrowhead” campaign, which received an ADDY Award from the American Advertising Federation Inland Empire.
By the time Robin joined my office, she was already a familiar and trusted presence throughout our mountain communities. She cared deeply about the people she represented, helping residents connect with the resources and services they needed, and working to ensure their voices were heard.
Robin brought tremendous heart, energy, experience and dedication to our team. Whether she was working in the corporate world, running a small business, supporting other local businesses or helping a constituent navigate county government, Robin had an extraordinary ability to connect with people and a genuine desire to help them.
Robin leaves behind a remarkable legacy and countless friends, colleagues and residents whose lives were made better because she was willing to help. To those of us who had the privilege of working alongside her, Robin was more than an accomplished professional, she was also our friend.
My heart is with Robin’s family and loved ones as we mourn her loss and celebrate a life of extraordinary accomplishment, community, friendship and service to others.
I will miss you, Robin.

Robin Bull with Supervisor Dawn Rowe, who considered her a friend as well as a colleague.
And Scott Rindenow, chair of the Lake Arrowhead Communities Chamber of Commerce board of directors, added his own words in honor of Robin Bull:
Robin Bull was a remarkable friend to the Lake Arrowhead mountain communities – an energetic, generous and steadfast presence whose spirit touched countless lives. Her passing on October 4, 2026, leaves a profound void in the hearts of neighbors, colleagues and friends who admired her strength, kindness and unwavering commitment to the place she loved.
After joining Supervisor Rowe’s staff, Robin remained a familiar and comforting presence at Municipal Advisory Committee meetings, chamber events and community celebrations. Whether representing the Supervisor’s office or supporting local businesses, she carried herself with quiet competence, genuine concern and a warm smile that made people feel seen and supported.
Her passing is a tremendous loss. Robin’s energy, compassion and spirited dedication to the mountains will be deeply missed. She leaves behind a legacy of service, friendship and love for the community she helped shape. Those who knew her will remember her not only for her accomplishments, but for her kindness, her generosity and the way she made Lake Arrowhead a better place simply by being part of it.
May her memory be a blessing and may her spirit continue to inspire the community she served so faithfully.
