RSP (Violation DVRO) Spring Oak Dr – Victim had an active temporary DVRO against subject – on 2/20/24 subject texted victim’s friend and asked her to relay messages to victim – on 2/23/24 victim’s son saw subject near his bus stop – on 2/24/24 subject’s mother relayed messages to victim via FaceBook messenger – victim and subject exchanged multiple messages through subject’s mother – on 2/26/24 subject messaged another friend of victim and asked them to relay messages to victim – victim desired prosecution for violation of DVRO

RIM (Terrorist Threats) Pine Ave – Subject and RP were in a dating relationship for two years but broke up after infidelity issues – on 2/26/24 RP stayed at subject’s residence and on 2/27/24 RP left to go to work – subject and RP began to argue over RP messaging subject’s new girlfriend – subject was intoxicated and texted RP “I’m going to kill you” – subject later retracted his statement and stated he was just upset – deputy spoke with subject who stated via phone he was intoxicated and upset when he sent the message and stated he would never do anything – subject stated he would not contact RP

RSP (Under Influence of Drugs) Spring Oak Dr – RP reported unknown male stood near her open front door but did not enter her residence – male asked RP what movie this was – RP pushed male out of doorway and locked door – male returned to his vehicle – upon deputy arrival male left vehicle on foot – while parked male matching description walked toward parked vehicle – male was identified – male had rapid speech, involuntary eyelid tremors, fast internal clock and a white coating on his tongue – male was arrested – during inventory search of vehicle tin foil with a black tar substance was located in bag on seat – male was transported to CDC without incident

CRL (Driving without License) Wildrose Ln – Vehicle stopped for out lights – records check showed driver was in violation of having an expired license – driver sited and vehicle towed

CRL (Keeping of Property) Nestal Ct – RP’s father recently passed away – RP is currently cleaning his father’s house and going through property – RP found two pistol BB guns and a pair of handcuffs – BB guns did not have orange tips and RP worries they are too realistic and could be dangerous – RP requested property be destroyed

VOE (Miscellaneous Incident) Redwood Way – RP called referencing her son possibly overdosing inside the residence – deputy arrived, looked through window and saw a figure on a bed not responding – it appeared to be RP’s son on a bed – entry was forced through the front door – RP’s son was not found inside residence – figure was a blanket – incident taken for documentation

CRL (Possession of Dangerous Drugs) Lake Gregory Dr – Suspect was stopped on Lake Gregory/San Moritz Dr – prior to pat down suspect admitted he had a meth pipe in his pants pocket – suspect also admitted to possession of meth in his socks – small plastic bindle was found hidden in his right sock – suspect was arrested and booked at CDC

LAA (Assault with Weapon) Mallard Ct – RP and his ex-fiance (suspect) argued inside residence – suspect grabbed a shotgun from a safe and pointed it at the RP – suspect believed RP had her lost cell phone – RP saw a blue shotgun shell loaded in the gun – RP was afraid and told suspect he will call law enforcement – suspect left the shotgun on her bed and left residence – suspect drove her vehicle and crashed on North Bay Rd – suspect was arrested for DUI by CHP and transported to CDC – deputy contacted suspect for in custody interview – deputy sub-booked suspect for assault with firearm – shotgun taken as evidence

CRL (Possession of Dangerous Drugs) Basel Dr – Suspect was contacted at incident location – during a pat down search deputy located a glass meth pipe in the pants pocket of suspect – suspect admitted to having meth inside vehicle – during a search of vehicle deputy located approximately five grams of suspected meth – under Miranda suspect admitted meth and meth pipe were his – vehicle towed and suspect booked at CDC

CRL (Possession for Sale) Crest Forest Dr/Scenic View Dr – During the service of a search warrant investigators located over three pounds of suspected methamphetamine, a large amount of fentanyl, large amount of cash, a firearm, a sap and a baton – suspect was found to be in possession of all the items – suspect was a convicted felon on parole – he was prohibited from owning/possessing firearms – large amount of narcotics was consistent with possession for sales – suspect was transported and booked at CDC

LAA (Domestic Battery) Victoria Ct – victim and suspect have been in a dating relationship for about three years and shared a residence together in Texas – on 2/29/24 suspect and victim got into an argument after returning from the store – upon deputy arrival victim had superficial scratches on his cheek and a bruise on his chest – victim and suspect denied any physical altercation – under Miranda when asked if suspect scratched victim she stated maybe – suspect arrested

March 1, 2024

LAA (Possession of Dangerous Drugs) Dogwood Park – Deputy observed suspect in the driver’s seat of his vehicle at Dogwood Tavern – Deputy had prior knowledge of suspect having an active felony warrant – deputy had suspect step out of the vehicle and deputy detained him – suspect told deputy he had some dope on him and deputy located some methamphetamine in his wallet – Deputy transported suspect to CDC without incident – owner of Dogwood advised suspect could keep the vehicle parked at Dogwood – owner of Dogwood took the keys to the vehicle at request of suspect

LAA (Under Influence of Drugs) Sequoia Dr – RP called and stated people were underneath and above his residence – deputy contacted RP inside his residence and showed signs/behaviors of being under the influence – RP walked outside banged on his neighbor’s door and would not follow commands – RP stated he recently stopped using meth – deputy conducted field sobriety tests – RP arrested for and transported to CDC

CRL (Driving without License) Lake Dr/Wildrose – Vehicle stopped for out lights – driver had no license – driver cited and vehicle towed

TPK (487 Dog Under 400) Hwy 189 – subject requested a ride to the hospital from an unknown white male who drove a black Dodge pickup with a white camper shell – subject left her 7-month-old black and white Husky named Baby in vehicle – after being in the hospital for approximately one hour, subject returned and white male had left the hospital parking lot with her dog – subject reported incident to security at the hospital who provided a screenshot of the truck but they were unable to get license plate – subject made a FaceBook post about the dog and believes she located two people who know the dog’s whereabouts – subject stated she paid $500.00 for the dog – no additional leads – will contact subjects

BLU (Under Influence of Drugs) State Hwy 189 – Deputy contacted suspect in front of Jensen’s – suspect drew imaginary pictures on the windows of the business and ran away when deputies arrived – contacted suspect behind the business – during investigation suspect showed signs and symptoms of being under the influence of drugs – suspect had rapid speech, a rapid heart rate and a white coating – suspect arrested

RSP (Keeping of Property) Lightfoot Way – During a wellness check subject one advised she and subject two were safe and healthy but she had DVRO/Move-Out order on her husband which the civil division had yet to serve – subject one and husband were asleep in the master bedroom – DVRO was verified and subsequently verbally served on husband – husband gathered his belongings and left the residence – six firearms were taken for safekeeping

CRL (Psyche Intervention) Straight Way – Male felt himself in crisis – 5150 not met – voluntary admit to Windsor Center

BLU (Discharge Firearm) School Rd – Suspect was arguing with his father – during their argument suspect grabbed his father’s gun out of the bedroom – suspect went out the front door of their residence and fired one round in the direction of railroad ties located outside the front door – suspect was transported to CDC without incident

March 2, 2024

CPP (Burglary) Water Dr – RP’s residence was robbed – incident occurred this morning – RP has video footage of subject

CRL (Search and Rescue) Dart Canyon Ct/N Dart Canyon Rd – RP is the driver – vehicle that possibly crashed and vehicle will be in a ravine – RP confirmed no one is injured – vehicle is in a small river – no one is able to get out of vehicle due to water current possibly taking them – all occupants out of vehicle

March 3, 2024

RSP (Drunk in Public) Holiday Ln – Subject was located on the floor sleeping – when deputy contacted subject he had a bottle of liquor next to him, the odor of alcohol and had a slurred speech – subject was unable to answer basic questions and was unaware of his location and surroundings – subject was unable to sit up without assistance or falling back to ground – subject was unable to care for himself and severely intoxicated – RSP Fire transported subject to community hospital due to severe intoxication

CRL (Vandalism) Crest Forest Dr/Fern Dr – Unknown subject – possible rock or BB shattered his left rear window – possibly $300.00 to replace window

RSP (Miscellaneous Incident) Rim of the World Dr – RP located an FCC on neighbor’s side of the fence approximately two feet from his fence – FCC was a .45 caliber federal nickel plated brass casing – RP located the brass portion of the bullet smashed on the ground on his side of fence – AOI could not be located – spoke with neighbors who were upset reference a flood light in the RP’s yard – they stated they heard a bang last night but did not shoot a firearm – they admitted to owning some firearms but did not mention a .45 cal weapon – records check of the neighbor did not show a .45 cal registered to either – they do not know why a casing would be found on their side of the property – casing and smashed bullet were taken for evidence – RP informed of our findings and provided information reference recording subjects/altercations and their right to protect themselves

LAA (Violating Court Order) Grass Valley Rd – Today’s issue was over juveniles being in a verbal argument with mom – mom called dad to help control juveniles – upon arrival – all parties were arguing – juveniles wanted to leave with dad 

LAA (Improper Plate/Tab) State Hwy 18/Daley Canyon Rd – Subject was arrested for false tabs – subject was transported to CDC without incident

March 4, 2024

CRL (Driving without License) State Hwy 189/Cottage – Vehicle stopped for brake light out – driver found to be without license – subject had previously been issued citation by deputy – new citation issued – vehicle towed by Bill and Wags – owner notified – driver released at scene
