TPK (Grand Theft) Sierra Vista Dr – On 5/27/24 between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., an unknown subject stole the RP’s Milwaukee pack out toolboxes which were located in the bed of his truck – the toolboxes were strapped in, not locked – negative video surveillance in the area – RP is attempting to locate Ring camera footage from neighbor – value of stolen items is $1,571.99

TPK (Lost Property) Twin Peaks Station – RP stated she was in Twin Peaks yesterday – at around 8:20 p.m., she last saw her wallet at the Chevron gas station – she noticed her wallet missing today at 6:00 a.m. – RP had her ID card, Spain green card, and four bank cards – bank cards are frozen  – RP will continue to look for wallet

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Lake Dr/Wildrose Ln – Deputy contacted suspect at the post office with his 14-year-old dog – suspect was found to have a warrant – deputy issued him a citation for his warrant – advised suspect that next time would be an arrest and a friend would have to come and grab his dog

CRL (Warrant Arrest) Pioneer Camp Rd/Lake Dr – Suspect and her husband were contacted during a traffic stop – suspect was found to have a no-bail warrant – she was arrested and booked at CDC

CRL (Vandalism) Lake Dr – On 5/28/24, sometime in the early morning, a woman walked in front of the business – cut zip ties on an extension cord, wrote on the exterior walls of the business with a Sharpie and defecated near the stairs of the business – RP was the president of the business – stated it cost approximately $40.00 to repair the graffiti – RP desired prosecution

TPK (Fraud Use Credit Card) Thunderbird Dr – On 5/27/24, RP went to her friend’s residence – at about 8:30 p.m., RP used her credit card at the Shell station in Crestline – RP confirmed she placed her wallet back in her purse and returned to her friend’s residence – on 5/28/24, RP noticed her wallet was missing from her purse – RP and her friend and family spent all morning looking for her lost wallet, but were unable to locate – RP made a lost property report earlier – RP froze her credit cards, but did not freeze her debit cards – RP noticed fraudulent charges on her debit cards – total cost of fraudulent charges were $206.76 – RP froze accounts and reported it to law enforcement – it was discovered that RP’s stolen card was used at B & L Liquor on 5/28/24 at 7:58 a.m. for $18.85 – RP was unsure of the card numbers – stated she would provide deputy with them at a later date and time – will attempt follow up with B & L for video surveillance

TPK (Found Property) Twin Peaks Station – RP works for Uber – some of his customers left their phones on his vehicle – through the company, they contacted the owners, but they haven’t picked up their phones – advised by the company, to turn phones into law enforcement – phones have been turned in

TPK (Found Narcotics) Twin Peaks Station – Medical drop box disposal from station lobby

RIM (Vandalism) Pine Ave – On 5/25/24 at 5:30 a.m., per video footage from corporate security – dense fog rolled in – once fog cleared, there is a three-foot by four-foot hole in the fence surrounding the property – damages to the fence have been estimated to cost $5,000.00 to replace – RP stated it is a possibility copper had been stolen, but no employee had a count of what was on the trucks prior to leaving the location for the weekend – RP will send pictures of the damages to the fence and a receipt from the repair company to attach to the report

CRL (Driving W/SUS/RV License) State Hwy 18/Mormon Monument Rd – Vehicle stopped for window tinting – upon investigation, suspect was in violation of driving without a license – citation issued – suspect was cited and released – teletype entered for vehicle 

BLU (Vandalism) State Hwy 189/North Rd – At 7:00 a.m., vehicle was parked at Twin Peaks Community Center – victim’s passenger window was not shattered at the time – at approximately 4:57 p.m., victim was notified his vehicle’s window had been shattered – unknown subject(s) at this time – no object(s) were seen at the incident location

CRL (Grand Theft) Lake Dr – On 5/28/24 at approximately 2:50 p.m., RP left his phone on at a table at the McDonald’s in Crestline – RP believes two white male construction workers took the phone – phone estimated to be worth $1,800.00 – teletype entered for stolen phone – video surveillance pending

CRL (Tow Request) Wildrose/Lake Dr – Vehicle stopped for registration – driver driving without a license – vehicle towed

RSP (False Pretense) Luring Pines Dr – RP’s email was hacked by unknown subject – subject sent an email to client in Kern County and San Bernardino County – subject emailed customers that still had an open invoice with RP of address to where check needs to be mailed to – checks were cashed for a total of $13,000.00 – checks were mailed to a UPS in Hemet and Utah

RIM (Driving W/SUS/RV License) State Hwy 18/Bear Springs Rd – Vehicle stopped for display of tabs – found to be expired since September 2023 – records check confirmed – driver had a suspended driver’s license – driver cited and released in the field – vehicle towed – teletype entered

CRL (Deprive Custody) Lake Dr – Mother of juvenile has not been following court orders for the past two months – mother is not taking juvenile to school – RP has not been able to pick up daughter at court order location due to daughter not being at the bus stop – mother is no longer answering the door to allow RP to have daughter on his days – RP has shown up and heard daughter calling for him and mother still would not open the door – RP was at location yesterday – appears they may be in the process of moving – RP had an ex parte hearing today – has been unable to serve mother of juvenile due to not having current mailing address – RP request for an emergency hearing was denied – mother of juvenile has RP blocked and does not respond to him through talking parents – RP wants to report daughter as abducted – ongoing investigation

LAA (Lost Badge) State Hwy 173 – RP lost his retired Los Angeles Sheriff badge while working on his rental property – he attempted to search the area, but was unable to locate – he thinks it may have been thrown out with all the trash from the property 

CRL (Fraud Use Credit Card) Pioneer Camp Rd – Contacted victim at the incident location – victim advised someone stole her power tools from her residence and used her credit card on 5/29/24 – victim identified subject and provided a description to dispatch – victim noticed a male subject inside a garage fitting the description – suspect arrested and booked into CDC

RSP (Grand Theft) Old City Creek Rd – RP and contractor had an agreement for the installation of a water heater – contractor stopped working on the water heater after realizing it was too large – contractor demanded the agreed $700.00 even though he didn’t finish the work – contractor took $1,000.00 water heater until RP pays him the $700.00

RSP (Driving W/SUS/RV License) Hilltop Blvd/Hunsaker Dr – Vehicle stopped and driver found to have a suspended driver’s license – citation issued – vehicle released to licensed driver

CRL (Burglary) Straight Way – Between 5/29/24 at 5:00 p.m. and 5/30/24 at 9:40 p.m., unknown subject(s) broke into the victim’s residence through the front door cutting a hole in the security screen and breaking the windows of the door – subject made entry into the residence and stole approximately $6,200.00 in purses, cologne, Jordan shoes, a watch, earrings, three iPhones, an iPad Air and Apple iPad – the damage to the screen door and front door were approximately $300.00 – the victim identified a possible subject who was a former friend who stated he was going to break into her residence – pending possible subject contact

RSP (P/M/S Danger Weapon) Fern Dr – The RP and her husband were arguing over marital issues – during the argument, subject threatened to kill himself and at some point removed a black large firearm from their mattress – subject discharged the firearm, ejecting a round onto the bed and threw the firearm on the bed – RP left the residence – when she returned, subject was in their gray Kia Forte – drove to the driveway of the residence – subject looked at the RP and left incident location – when the RP returned to the interior of the residence, the firearm was missing

TPK (Abandon Vehicle Tow) Fernrock Rd/Sugar Cone Ln – CHP 180 completed – teletype sent – notified through Facebook Messenger on 5/16/24 of vehicle by neighbor – attempted to contact owner – notice left on windshield – as of 5/31/24, vehicle not removed

TPK (Domestic Battery) Rose Ln – Victim and suspect are ex-boyfriend/girlfriend – share one child together and live at the residence/incident location together – suspect and victim were involved in a verbal argument when suspect pulled victim off the couch and onto the front porch of the residence – once outside, suspect locked the door leaving victim outside without her wheelchair – victim has limited use of her legs – requires a wheelchair to get around – victim sustained bruising and redness to both arms and knees

LAA (Domestic Battery) Larchmont Ln – Subjects rented an Airbnb – while there, they began arguing – during argument, subject 1 backed subject 2 into the kitchen, pinning her against the counter – subject 1 put his hand on her neck and began to choke subject 2 pushing her head onto the countertop – subject 1 left area prior to law enforcement arrival

CED (Warrant Arrest) Hook Creek Rd/Cappy Dr – Suspect cite released for misdemeanor warrant

CRL (Possession Narcotics) Hwy 138/Pine Rd – Deputy conducted pedestrian check on suspect – he admitted everything in his tent was living out of was his – located two glass pipes, believed to be used to ingest methamphetamine – deputy also located a prescription bottle prescribed to subject out of Crestline – suspect admitted he was in possession of the bottle and the pills inside – multiple types of pills located inside – during an Internet search, none appeared to be fentanyl – cited for unauthorized possession of someone’s prescription medications 

CRL (Domestic Battery) Rose Hill Dr – CHP transfer – subjects got into an argument – both admit they hit/held each other down – subject 1 admitted he believed subject 2’s outburst was due to her being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s two years ago – report taken

LAA (Found Property) S State Hwy 173/Cottage Grove Rd – RP found a gun across the street from him – RP will stand by as long as he can to point it out 

CRL (Identity Theft) Scenic Dr – RP entrusted a subject to help fix his credit – gave him access to his account – male then used the information and began opening other accounts using RP’s information – RP will be at address for contact – RP will follow up with banking information showing charges

CRL (Domestic Battery) Ashlar Dr – Victims live together and have been married for two years – subjects argued – during the argument, subject 1 became upset and threw rocks and lamps at subject 2 – objects did not hit subject 2 

CED (Under Influence Drugs) Lakebrook Dr – Subjects are on RP’s property refusing to leave – advising they are arguing with each other and came from a party that is happening down the street from RP’s house – suspect was found in the backyard of residence with no one home – suspect was under influence of drugs – admitted to using methamphetamine earlier in the day

CED (Paraphernalia) Lyon Dr – Deputy contacted suspect at his residence during a probation compliance check – he said he had no weapons, drugs or paraphernalia in his apartment – suspect lied – had hidden three glass pipes under his couch where he was sitting – suspect cleared at ARMC for high blood pressure – booked at CDC

CPP (Assault) Crest Forest Dr – RP states subject was upset due to his vehicle being in the road – RP told subject he would move his vehicle – subject and RP got into an argument – during the argument, the subject grabbed the RP by his shirt – when the RP attempted to grab his phone, the subject smacked the phone out of his hand

RSP (Burglary) Fern Dr – RP received an alert of an open door at his residence – upon arrival, deputy observed a white male adult near a vehicle parked in front of the residence – suspect disobeyed deputy commands and walked toward the front of the residence – suspect’s vehicle was full of furniture items which the homeowner confirmed came from inside the residence – homeowner never knew suspect – gave no one permission to enter his residence or steal his property – suspect arrested and transported to CDC

LAA (Tow Request) State Hwy 18/Rim of the World Rd – Vehicle driving on Rim of the World Dr with expired registration – driver checked – no proof of insurance – driver cited – vehicle towed

LAA (Grand Theft) Lake Arrowhead Resort – Phone contact only – RP in Monrovia – on 5/18/24, RP rented a room – states he left – when he returned he noticed his door was open – wife’s purse, laptop and iPad were missing – staff told RP not to call the police and it was an internal issue – said they will figure it out – RP has not heard anything from them – RP advised to call law enforcement by his insurance adjustor – RP will email itemized list of items stolen

CRL (Vandalism) Crest Forest Dr – Suspect went into his adult daughter’s room without her permission after she told him not to come inside – daughter pulled out her phone and began recording – suspect took the phone from her hand and threw the phone on the floor – $50.00 screen protector cracked in multiple places – she desired prosecution for vandalism – suspect was issued a citation

CRL (Violate Court Order) Playground Dr – RP is protected person on a protective order – restrained person is not allowed within 20 yards of RP – RP provided video of restrained person coming to property line and confronting her – RP said restrained person was about 10 feet away from her – will attempt contact at a later time

LAA (Domestic Battery) Lake Arrowhead Resort – Suspect and victim were in a dating relationship for approximately two years – shared a hotel room together – victim initially denied physical altercation – victim had a bruised knee and small abrasion to her left middle finger – victim later changed her statement – stated suspect punched her in the head and torso – suspect had superficial scratched on his hands, arms, and back – under Miranda, suspect admitted to pushing the victim and hitting her in the torso – suspect arrested

LAA (Warrant Arrest) State Hwy 18 – RP advising white male adult was at location banging on the RP’s door – subject contacted and arrested for warrant out of Big Bear

CED (Domestic Battery) Pine Dr – Victim and her boyfriend have been in a dating relationship for approximately three years – live together – during an argument, suspect slapped victim in the face and pushed him down a stairway – later grabbed cell phone and smashed it with a hammer – suspect jumped on top of victim and pulled his hair – victim fell to the ground and suspect punched him in the head repeatedly – suspect identified by her California ID
